The WiFi was glacially slow, there was hair on my pillow, the sauna didn't work and they charged us a lot for drying out clothes me double what the menu said girls a slice of cake. They made no apology for the latter two things and refused a discount though we'd chosen the hotel on the basis of the sauna....

We stayed here on the way to the Reserve and the hotel was fine for an over night stay. The room was SO tiny just enough space for the bed and a small table. The AC worked well and the bed was fine. Pick up point made it convenient. Over all it was okay for a budget stay

We stayed here one night before going to Cuyabeno Reserve. This hotel is more than adequate for such a purpose. The bus for Cuyabeno picked us up right in front of the hotel. I think this is a pick up point. This makes it convenient. There is a restaurant that is part of the hotel that had very good food,...

As a small town that is a junction to the Amazon jungle, they really need better training in how to treat people. It seems as though many reviews have said that the hotel "lost" their reservation. This happened to us as well after a 8 hour night bus. They also tried to charge us 10 more dollars than the rate...

I stayed here one night before heading into the jungle. The hotel is clean, and located right on the main road in Lago Agrio. It is the meeting place of most jungle tour companies, so well located. My room was small, but had everything I needed, including air conditioning. The hallway was open to the main street, so I was...

We followed the advice of Lonely Planet and booked this place for a night before and after our stay in Amazon (well we thought we had booked it). First off a positive in that they do respond to emails. However this place is incredibly rude to its customers (bearing in mind my wife speaks Spanish so it isn't like we...

The room was clean even under the bed, the water of the shower was hot, the Air conditioning was working, the Wifi was good and the breakfast was alright. Not a place where you want to spend your honeymoon but quite ok for a night or two. Ah yes they don't respond to your mail for the reservation.

Keep in mind where you are - Lago Agrio is not a booming tourist town, although you might be surprised by how big and bustling it is for a jungle outpost! This hotel was clean, safe, the air con worked well. I'd stay again.
