We just had the most wonderful four-day stay at Black Cockatoo Cottages. First, the view is one of those magical vistas one dreams of having. The cottage itself was private, immaculately clean, and full of little touches - i.e., enough hooks to hang wet towels on, and the perfect array of cooking pots and pans - that made the stay...

We spent two nights in the studio cottage and found it to be the ideal getaway. Being at the bottom of the property we were totally unaware of any other guests and could sit in peace, watching the cows in the nearby fields and looking at the stunning water view. The cottage had everything we needed, including kitchen and laundry...

We booked the 3 bedrooms villa for 2 nights. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. Nice view from the terrasse. Well situated a few kilometers from the entrance of the park. Perfect place to explore Wilson prom ( 30 min drive to tidal river). Very good place to stay with a family.

There are only three cottages at this wonderfully located place. We stayed in the studio, the closest to the Prom. The well appointed, very clean studio had everything you could want including an electric bbq (grill ) on the huge deck facing the Prom. The studios one wall facing the Prom was mostly glass from floor to ceiling with it's...

The black cockatoo cottages were just perfect. We stayed for three nights. The cottage was well appointed, very comfortable and had everything you might need. The best part was the big window with great views of the prom! On the first night we did a wonderful walk on Duck Point, we also spent two days walking on the Prom, and...

Well equipped cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was amazing. The only downside was there were so many mosquitoes outside the cottage. You need to take insect repellent spray with you.

We stayed for two lovely nights in early July. Our little cottage was lovely, super-cosy and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful looking out over farmland to the bay. A quick easy (15 min?) drive to the National Park - we spent a lovely day exploring and then relaxed "at home" in our cottage for the evening. Duck...

We rented the house for our family of four (4 month and 2.5 year old) plus visiting grandparents. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and the house is well set up for families with young children (portacot, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). While aspects of the house have retained a 'retro' look (LOVED the 70s orange tiles...

We had the most fantastic couple of nights here. It lovely little cottages which felt more like lux prairie houses. Each self contained unit had its own little veranda and Bbq. With the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen! It was a great base to explore Wilsons prom

Really nice and comfortable cottages, big and well renovated, just close to the entrance of Wilsons Prom. Great location if you want to see Wilsons Prom and still live in good standard. Very nice view. The owner was nice, and he gave us advice where to go in Wilsons Prom to see the Wombat at sunset.

Thank Anders W
