We stayed there for an evening and Eleni was great, making us feel welcome despite our late arrival and my slight sea sickness from our fishing trip in Newquay! Room was just as it was described, we had our own en-suite, clean and tidy. Eleni made us feel super welcome on arrival and breakfast in the morning was delicious! Would...

We stayed for 2 nights at Sunnybank House at the start of August 2015. We booked the triple family room and put an extra mattress on the floor for our 4 year old. Compact but very clean and comfortable with it's own spacious shower room across the corridor. The children loved the B and B and we were all made...

After arriving at ten we were greeted with a smile and welcomed in and offered the last room. We gracefully accepted. We were then pointed in the direction of the nearest pub! The room was very clean and breakfast was fantastic. I would defiantly stay here again! The lady who appeared to be single handedly running the place was lovely!!

Our holiday company booked us back into this b&b at the start of the next leg of our mission to tackle the South West Coast Path. It was just as good as it was when we left there a year ago! The proprietors are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is excellent. Don't hesitate to...

Made very welcome as a single walker for one night. Comfortable bedroom with a good view south. Able to have a large early breakfast with friendly service in the company of cyclists heading for John O'Groats. Would definitely stay again.

Hadn't booked anything in advance (July 1st) and looking for somewhere to stay the night. We were made very welcome on arrival. The room wasn't big but it was comfortable and clean with with everything we needed plus views over pastureland to the rear of the property. Unpacked the car and drove to Porthcurno Cove (absolutely stunning), then up to...

After reading good reveiws Sunny Bank turned out to be somewhat of a disappointment with tired uninspired furnishings and small pokey room and ensuite. Clean and adequate enough for one night but we wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. With drab brown curtains, brown plastic bed head, thin over-used towels and a kettle too big to fit under the tap...

I cannot fault sunnybank for their hospitality and friendlyness during what was a bad start to our holiday. We started our holiday where we were originally booked in..... After trouble at booking in we decided to stay somewhere else. I googled b&bs near our original location and sunnybank was the closest. I phoned them to see for availability and the...
