Cosy place full of references to jazz' world. It was the first travel of our baby and the result was very good. Possible to enjoy the stay without disturbing other guests. The owners were really nice with us. The provided a crib in the room and were very kind to us and the baby. The inner patio is very comfortable,...

FANTASTIC hosts, excellent accomodation, relaxing Jazz music, good quality cuisine, away from the hustle and bustle of Mérida itself. A TRUE MUST I have travelled the world, really, and have rarely felt so truely relaxed and welcome. "Five star" accomodation and atmosphere, without the five star Hotel chain attatched.

I spent two nights and will never forget them. Beutifully decorated, warm and quiet hotel, very near Mérida. Very nice and helpful people, good cuisine... and a lot of jazz going on. Their owners just love jazz. You can see it in the decoration, music... everywhere.

Although we don't speak a lot of Spanish, we were made to feel very welcome. Our room was the ' Charlie Parker ' suite and was Amazing right from the queen sized four poster , 2 seat jacuzzi/spa bath and rainfall shower. Very clean and a good size. Although there wasn't any drinks available in afternoon it was made clear...

A beautiful, well renovated traditional building with a lovely courtyard perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Brilliant water pressure in the shower and a huge bath. Breakfast was the normal traditional breakfast of the area, very well done. The owners and their family are so helpful. I am learning spanish and their patience with me was incredible. Garrovilla is a...

We stayed here for two nights. Our room was nice but not as nice as the one in the photo! It is in a very quiet location although there is a local bar within walking distance. We dined here both nights of our stay and enjoyed our meals. There was a turtle wondering around and a few little shy lizards...

With a Jazz inspired decoration, this peaceful little hotel is perfect for an escapade. The room we had was very cozy with great views of the patio. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The serve a huge breakfast including orange juice, migas, rolls, toasts and the drinks you want, such as coffee or cocoa. They told...

We stayed in so many lovely hotels out of the center of towns. This one was nice, but not outstanding. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Parking is on the street, and not that difficult. The breakfast was disappointing: juice, coffee and packaged sweet rolls. It was a good choice for our sightseeing in Merida the next day....

We recently stayed one night in the Cerro Principe and it was certainly memorable. The jazz theme is unique and the décor is well done. We stayed in the Miles Davis room and found it to be quiet, very comfortable and clean. We dined in the restaurant for supper and the meal was excellent, one of the best we had...

Cozy atmosphere, owner is a jazz lover, therefore the hotel has a jazz Atmosphere. Very clean and confortable. I chose this hotel for a Merida visit that is very close. I prefer to stay in these kind of small family runed hotels with more personal attention than big city hotels. Breakfast was OK. Could have been better for a place...
