First visit for a business trip to the region, and found my stay to be extremely pleasant, with a team of staff very happy to help and assist guests. I arrived late in the evening to check-in, and was delighted they were still serving evening dinner after a long journey and meetings throughout the day. The food I must say...

we walked to this restaurant from our villa and we were greeted by very friendly staff who guided us through the menu and suggested a delicious wine to have with our chosen dishes. everything was beautifully cooked and presented and the waitress could not have been more helpful and friendly. definitely worth another visit.

This restaurant was recommended by the owner of the property we rented for our holiday. So glad we went, the staff give excellent service, helped with our choice of wine yet were unobtrusive. The food was lovely and the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing.

We booked for the overnight but discovered an excellent restaurant! We didn't take too much time to get to know the staff but they were very attentive and helpful to others who were staying there and had had car problems. The dinner was excellent and was included in the half pension which we had forgotten that we'd reserved. A mousse...

Basically a gourmet restaurant with rooms. We spent a lovely gourmet weekend there tasting exquisite cuisine accompanied by fabulous Rittersberg Wines from the Jean Paul Schmitt winery. 5 courses, each with it's own wine! Thank goodness the rooms were located in the same building and we didn't have to go anywhere after that! The hotel regularly features gourmet weekends where...

We stayed 3 nights at Auberge Ramstein, and ate 4-course meals on all days. The location is great, the rooms, service, etc are fine, but Monsieur and Madame Ramstein are what make this place fantastic. They took the pain to serve me vegetarian food as that was my request, and it was delicious every day. They were happy to recommend...

We stayed one night on our way from Calais to Italy. The response to our initial e-mail enquiry was very prompt and helpful, offering us the option of demi-pension, which we accepted (without being entirely clear what it comprised as far as dinner was concerned). Our booking was accepted without the need to give credit card details. We found the...

I stayed here with 11 friends divided into 4 rooms. We stayed in a section off from the main building which contained a lovely pool and whirlpool, available from 9-8. This was a blessing, as we were with 2 small children who were able to blow off all there excess energy before the evening meal. We had to meals here,...
