Had lunch at this lovely hotel. Excellent, excellent excellent. My husband had fish, which he said was delicious. My sister and I had an omelette with Northumberland cheese. One of the best omelettes we've ever had. Omelettes may sound a simple lunch, but to make a great one, the chef has to be good. All served with fries and a...

My partner and i chose this hotel because it was about 10mins to Beamish. We were offered a ground floor room but i had already seen on Tripadvisor that someone had said those rooms had patio doors and you could park right up to your doors but not to have one if you liked an open window on a night which...

Have just had a two night stay here. Ideal location for diggerland and Beamish Museum (car required). We found the Beamish Park Hotel to be above the standard of most five star hotels we have stayed at recently. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food really was outstanding, served fresh and hot with exceptional flavour and was...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Tripadvisor. Enjoyed a two night break here using an itison voucher. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, a wee bit strange having patio doors to your own parking space but actually very handy. The staff were so helpful and pleasant, nothing was a problem and they were always happy to have a wee chat. Breakfast was included in our deal and...

A pleasant modern hotel close to Beamish museum, Durham city. Rooms are very comfortable and meet all requirements. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel boasts a very good bistro with a good choice of dishes. Wifi a little slow.

Beds very comfortable, staff very friendly. Sound proofing needed from upstairs rooms to below.
