Our host picked us up as we were walking the Cumbria Way after dinner at the pub. He was quite proud of his farm and especially his beautiful horses. We only stayed one night but our room was very comfortable. Our breakfast the next day...More

Excellent accommodation, lovely host, delightful location. All ground floor accommodation in a small hamlet a mile from Caldbeck, superior rooms and a breakfast that would please anyone. It was just a shame we were only there one night as we were walking the Cumbria Way.
