Don't look for more options. This is the best hotel I have ever been in a long time. I went there for the ironman 70.3 and everything was great. They welcomed us with a basket full of energy gels, candies, etc. breakfast was great and the restaurant has great options. The service from the hotel folks is remarkable.

We were in town for the Ironman 70.3 Campeche. The staff at the hotel was helpful and beyond accommodating. They were extremely friendly. The hotel itself was spotless and an absolute treat to stay at. I would return to Campeche just to go back to the hotel again. We loved it!!

We stayed for one night (wish it could have been more!). Everything was first class from check in to check out. The rooms are great, awesome showers and to die for beds! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have never had a bed and bedding so comfortable. We had a drink in the courtyard after dinner and...

I have to be honest my partner booked us into a different hotel which is highly rated on this site, but after they overbooked and failed to offer suitable alternatives I was left to sort myself out and as fate would have I discovered a truly beautiful hotel. My room was a junior suites with a balcony overlooking the bustling...

Dear Simon, thank you very much for sharing your comments with us. This is the most "romantic" opinion I´ve ever read about our services; I particularly enjoyed the "the room was straight out of a Zorro novel" part, I haven´t thought of that before but now I see it. We are really glad to be part of your experience in...

All three in spades. Staff unfailingly courteous and conscientious. Our king bed standard room was good size and the bathroom downright enormous. You are no more than a short walk away from most anything in historic district, including Malecon. Good to rent bikes and ride the wind. Make arrangements to visit Mayan ruins at Edzna just an hour away. This...

We Loved it! Located in an Interesting 350 year old home (the first in Campeche), nicely restored and decorated with original and period art and fixtures. Great showers and good wifi. in the junior suites. The bathrooms come with L'occitaine amenities replaced daily I can super recommend the breakfasts (fantastic huevos motuleños), and the dinners were also good, but the menu...

While we only stayed at Don Gustavo for two nights, it was two incredibly enjoyable days. The staff was friendly knowledgeable, and caring. The hotel itself was a municipal building so to say that the rooms are well-appointed is an understatement. The marble floors, gorgeous staircase, little hidden crevices to find a view of the city. Just a wonderful place....
