We had a lovely stay at the premier inn Hull West, the staff are all very helpful. We had a lovely breakfast, dinner not quite as good. The rooms were spotless clean and were serviced everyday of your stay. If you needed anything extra for your room it was available.

Room, hotel staff, general ambience were all great. Hence the four stars. Bar staff a bit grumpy, breakfast very mediocre (but it was cheap). Hence one off. But location was great - nice walk on Humber Bridge which is very close.

The room was clean and a typical Premier Inn standard but never worth £86.00 a nght without breakfast, but to charge £1.00 for a hot chocolate sachet when you charge so much for a basic room is an insult !!!

Hello and thank you for your review. It's good that your room was up to the usual standard you've come to expect from Premier Inn. I'm sorry you feel that the price you paid didn't match the quality provided however. We try to offer the best value quality stay and consistently monitor our rates to ensure we are competitively priced....

They guarantee you a good night's sleep. Yes we did get a brilliant night sleep because the bed was probable one of the most comfortable ever in the world, good quality pillows, light quilt especially at the price, but you receive much more than just a bed for the night. Speedy efficient check in from well trained staff. Mega quirt...

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children in a family room. Receptionist was lovely, check in quick and great, room spot on, bed comfy, clean, spacious, big tv, lovely bathroom, only thing that lets this hotel down is the restaurant next door. Huge wait on food, no staff about, wrong food brought to table, what food we did get...

What can I say this is a great Premier Inn the staff were great and the food at breakfast was too. Nice spacious room for the four of us and very quiet. Great view of the Humber bridge as we were eating breakfast and very tentative staff serving. I will be back.

Very helpful staff, the room was extremely clean, the location was ideal for us as we were visiting family. My only niggle was having to wait 40 minutes for dinner, though it was a Saturday evening and the food was delicious, I would have liked to be made aware of the wait.

Stayed here when we had to visit Hull. Just off the A63. Very convenient to drive into the centre of Hull or a visit to Beverley. Attached to a pub/restaurant, the same as most Premier Inns. A decent room for a fair price. Would stay here again.
