Our friends stayed here despite us advising them not to- but they had already booked and the owners would not return their deposit. They found they agreed with our terrible experience. They are not on trip advisor but asked us to write that they had appalling customer service- nothing was explained to them, they were left alone in terrible weather...

We stayed in Tansi, a genuine yellow and red gypsy caravan, beautifully restored. The site is lovely and secluded, orchard and open woodland. Perfect for children. Lots of animals around. Fantastic to be able to cook on open fires. Toilet facilities were clean. Shower is heated with wood stove so a bit of a project, but works when you've got...

Booking was a nightmare – I’d tried to book this camping break in February, chased again in March; the booking was only confirmed in May when I chased 3 days before arrival. In addition, there was confusion over the cost per night – fortunately I had my printouts with me. It’s difficult to understand which gypsy wagon you are booking...

Our deposit was retained because we left some of the cutlery and because of the rubbish but there is no where for rubbish. we had planned to make this a place for our annual camping trip but we will not be returning. The owner is really unwelcoming.

Poor customer service. The lady who owns it argued with one of our party on arrival because of where he had parked. He had to ask her not to shout at him. (Also, there is no sign as to where you should park). Our deposit was retained because we left some of the cutlery in the wrong caravans and because...

We have just returned after a fantastic weekend at Bouncers Farm. We booked the Gypsy Caravan area where you get two bowtop wagons and a communal bender tent (for use only by guests in the gypsy caravans). Each of the two caravans has two beds, bunk bed style. One of the caravans has a slightly larger bed than the other...

We had an absolutely wonderful five days with Ann on her farm. The gypsy caravans were everything they promised: beautiful, authentic and surrounded by nature and amazing wildlife. We had visits from the chickens, geese, lambs and the farm cat which just fascinated the children. As did the open fire - cooking this way was a new experience for them...

I have just come back from the most wonderful break at the idyllic gypsy camp at Bouncers Farm and cannot recommend it highly enough. My best friend, her son, myself and my two small children all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The farm itself is enchanting. It is enclosed and safe enough for the children to roam free (as long...

I've never felt the need to write on trip advisor before but feel compelled to warn future potential visitors against this place. We stayed 1 night in the foxglove as a family of four. Check in is 4 pm not a minute before, gate is locked and you will not be allowed entry. The owner is at best aloof and...

“I didn't get a look at the chicken shed but the Foxglove is perfect for families and the private camp site looks amazing if you have older children or are staying with a group. However I really want to come back with the dog and try out a wagon!!”
