Always nice to support local business, but will not be visiting Holly's Diner again. We had barely sat down when we were asked what we wanted, well a Menu would have been nice. The burger I had was ok, but for what it was, was extremely expensive, with frozen skinny chips, that were soggy and cold, and extremely cheap tasting...

Sorry your experience was disapointing, we try to give a prompt service, and do choose our ingredients, which are not cheap. Our coleslaw is homemade, please come back in to discuss any problems you had.

We had a birthday party meal on a Saturday evening with our 7, 10, 11, 13 and 16 year olds and had a fabulous evening. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and all the food was freshly cooked and tasty. This is just the sort of thing the Dengie needs something a little different from your normal country pub...

Waited forever, just for a breakfast...a simple fried breakfast and it took over an hour. It's a really well done diner, old American style but shame about the service and quality of food. There can only be one chef and he or she is simply not up to scratch. Sloppy tin of baked beans chucked over toast and a very...

Having seen that the place has been turned into a 50's style diner, my son of 15 and I gave it a go for brunch. I ordered the steak and eggs and he had the full breakfast. Despite being the only two people in at the time, the steak and eggs turned up five minutes before the breakfast. Given that...

I am sorry that you were not impressed, The steak and eggs are advertised as 2 thin slices of steak, so as a breakfast steak we dont ask how you would like it, as it is flash frying steak, and the sausages are from our local butcher, and we have found are a good all rounder, we thank you for...

We've stayed here twice before. The new owners and management team have created a comfortable room, and a fun '50's diner. The food is great and the hospitality is fantastic! Mark, the senior partner, is a great guy and a fine host. We enjoyed our stay and will return on our next visit to Latchington.

Stayed here for the night after a 60th party at Royal Corinthian Yacht Club in Burnham. The room (Rm 2) was wonderfully warm when we arrived with a comfy bed and lovely "smellies" to use for shower/hair etc. Breakfast next morning is in Holly's American themed "diner" restaurant right next door. Lots of choice for "eats" with endless free tea...

After noticing the new owners have recently transformed the old restaurant area into an American diner. We popped in for breakfast although the service was a little slow the food they served up was well worth the wait.
