Room was clean but very old tired decor. Bathroom very old and tired. Bed saggy!
Food Rump fillet of Lamb had a bone in it Spine! Not the right Cut served with 8 chips and nothing else £18!!! Very poor
Beautiful pub and hotel in a great location but bar staff are not the most welcoming and always seem miserable! It's a real shame as the other local pubs are all very welcoming and it makes a huge difference

We have had three meals here now and I can honestly say the fillet steak is the best! Served simply with, homemade onion rings, chips, vine tomatoes and mushrooms. Each time it was as good as the last. Friday night steaks are even discounted.

I'm not sure to be honest. I will say that the room we had was clean and aired however there were some contractors staying and we're a little noisy. If it's romance you want, I would choose somewhere else
