We have had three meals here now and I can honestly say the fillet steak is the best! Served simply with, homemade onion rings, chips, vine tomatoes and mushrooms. Each time it was as good as the last. Friday night steaks are even discounted.

First clue to this place is the smokers congregating outside the hotel entrance. We were shown the room upstairs: A dark and dingy room. One solitary light bulb illuminated the room. A tatty four poster was squeezed into a sad depressing bitterly cold room 1970's...More

I'm not sure to be honest. I will say that the room we had was clean and aired however there were some contractors staying and we're a little noisy. If it's romance you want, I would choose somewhere else
