Stayed in deluxe room, basic amenities but room was very clean and confortable. Wifi connection excellent and proprietors very welcoming and friendly. Will definately stay again, great value for money

Room was clean and tidy. No chest of drawers, Tea making was on a low table, and bending was difficult due to table being too low. No hooks in the bathroom for towels, or even a shelf to put a glass or washing stuff and toothbrushes etc. I had a word with the residents grandson, he explained the place was...

Good price, but totally lacking in amenities. The rooms seem to have been refurbished since they were fine, and the shower was good, and clean. And the TV was good. But the advertised free wifi turned out to not be available in the room, only in the tiny lobby in which there was no place to sit. I received one...

How this travesty can be on the tripadvisor site is beyond comprehension. met by a surly woman that demanded immediate payment and by cash only ! never encountered this before. It got worse, bedrooms filthy, difficult to get running water, beds not clean, very strange noises from the plumbing throughout the night. This place is a disgrace and should be...

I booked in for 1 night as I was in Uxbridge for business. This hotel is a tragedy. Firstly, when I got in I was met by a lady who promptly told me "cash only". I should have known then it was dodgey. I paid in cash, got my key and went to my room. This was a nightmare. The...

I did not like the ravenous Bed Bugs one little bit even though they evidently loved me, so I would respectfully suggest the place needs professional fumigation and the stained beds, mattresses and bedding be replaced as soon as possible. I won't ever be back.

Stayed here for 1 night whilst on a training course, luckily for me I got a recently renovated room which was clean, modern and all working, had a colour TV and free wifi which was great. Staff where 'ok', only saw them once on entry but where polite. I don't think it would suit for a long stay, but for...

The hotel is near Heathrow Airport, quiet and clean. The staff was not so friendly but okay. We had to pay in cash but the ATM machine was quite near the hotel so it was not a big problem. The room is big, comfortable, clean. That was quite okay and worth the price. It would be recommended for short stay.

Thank Charlotte V
