Lovely hotel sitting back from the main road from Cromer to Sheringham. We were welcomed by friendly and efficient staff. The room was nicely decorated, very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was a combination of help yourself and cooked food. It is a super place to stay and I would thoroughly recommend it

Called in late in the evening hoping for a meal.....friendly staff who sorted us out with a table straight away , lush carvery which two of the party enjoyed very much and a delicious chicken caeser salad .....generous portions and excellent service all in a lovely atmosphere and , for Cromer , vary reasonably priced ....will definitely return .

We stayed 2 nights initially and enjoyed it so much we stayed another night. Management and staff very attentive. Room very modern and clean. Plenty room for parking We only ate breakfast there as we were exploring the area but there was a great choice of breakfasts on the menu. Family owned gave it the personal touch.

We arrived with no forward booking and were fortunate to get the last room. Although a converted attic room it was ideal for us as a Base to explore north Norfolk over a couple of days, the location of the hotel was perfect for amazing coastal walks and we finished each day with a drink admiring the stars! The service...

Went for a Sunday Carvery with friends one of which had been told through word of mouth what a lovely place this was. Arrived around 5:15pm and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The chef serving the meat was a great chap and kept asking if it was enough. Totally full albeit made enough...

Stayed at Dormy House as a group of friends. The connected rooms were well fitted out, modern bathroom and comfortable beds. There was some noise from the road which is surprisingly busy. Breakfast was in the restaurant. This was very good. There was a good selection ranging from traditional full English through to fish dishes. Over the stay it was...

We visited the Dormy Hotel twice in two days and the food was fantastic! The first night we ate off the menu and on the second night we had the buffet from the servery. The buffet had a great variety and was expertly cooked by the chef James. It was great value for money. The staff were very friendly and...

My family group, seven in total, including three children, visited today. Two adults and three children ate from the All you can eat Servery (available Tuesday and Thursday). A wide range of food to suit most people's taste buds. Particular favourite from my 6 year olds was the cottage pie and the bbq ribs, and of course the dough balls!...

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, glad to hear you enjoyed the food, and thank you for bringing to my attention the issue with the Servery being brought in, this should have not happened, we usually ask if everyone has finished, so my apologies for that. I will look into who was serving you when you...

We decided last minute to get away late in the day. We usually camp but all campsites and b&bs were booked up understandably. I saw a double room available and called the hotel direct. They were really helpful and gave us a discount as on the day last minute booking. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on...
