The resort is 14 hectares as per the staff who drove us around the area with the shuttle they've provided. The place on a first look was cozy, relaxing until you actually go to your room and experience your stay. The people at the front desk are helpful and nice. Very welcoming and I don't have any problems with that....

I don't believe it my-self. They have nice and accommodating staff, cozy with good air-conditioned rooms. Appreciate to Ms Cynthea to helping me a lot. This place is really huge and you can view lake Taal from this hotel. Wish to go there again :) Highly recommended.

Great staff make this hotel (Ms Cynthea). The hotel itself is modern and comfortable. The room is clean, cost and comfy. Experience was perfect from the warm, smiling front line customer service. Highly recommended!

The Good: Nice views of the lake and volcano. Big pool. The Bad: Room had a nest of insects on the door jamb. The room could be cleaner for the price. Everytime I stuck the card key into the room slot it sounded like the fuse box would explode. Public restroom near the pool coul be cleaner. Service was generally...

Myself and two friends wanted a quick escale from Metro Manila but wanted to avoid the summer time crowds and the usual tourist routes of Nasugbu Batangas, Laguna and Tagaytay. Which brought us to the town of Talisay in Batangas and the best resort in the town, Club Balai Isabel. Though only for a day, I was impressed at the...

Good for all types of vacations, whether with family, friends, couples and team buildings. Facilities and amenities are complete, staff are nice and the place is picturesque. Haven't try their food at the resto but will definitely try next time :-)

I did not expect there are still available rooms for our group of 10 persons at Club Balai Isabel considering I made a last minute booking and it falls on a weekend. Most probably because September is a lean season. Although our hotel rooms were in the same building, I was disappointed that we were given a room at the...
