Top location & fantastic views. Close to everything and cable cars. Staff were nice. Male receptionist was great and helpful, the female not so much. Accommodation was fine for a family of 4. Breakfast was basic and ok. We did half board which included dinner of a set menu with no alternative option. Most nights we ate elsewhere because of...

We have been staying at the Eden for many years, the hotel is a little run down in parts, the lift can be temperamental but overall it is the perfect spot in Anzere. The views are unrivalled and staff are very friendly. Rooms have everything you need, you can also get a pass to use the Spa over the road...

Hotel Eden is a lovely warm, friendly welcoming aparthotel where you can stay with food included or rent an apartment and self-cater. It is close to the telecabine- just a 10 minute walk in ski boots or a 2 minute trip on the courtesy bus. It is opposite shops and bars and has the Peter Pan Bar and games room...

Hotel itself is nice enough - we had a decent sized family room, HOWEVER it was located adjacent to the bar - noise woke all of us at 11pm,, and carried on till 2AM. Sleep was impossible - heavy bass/sing-a-longs/feet stamping/DJ on microphone etc. Reception was closed at this time, so nowhere to complain. To their credit the next morning...

For our second stay at Eden we spent 2 weeks, hiking and spending time in the newly built wellness/spa. Apartment comfortable, obviously recently refurbished clean, well equiped (but no dishwasher) and quiet, with excellent views on some of the "4000" of the ValaIsan Alps. Friendly staff. hiking trails starting at the foot of the residence. Excellent new swimming pull /Sauna/massage...

Several more than 4000 m summits can be seen directly from your balcony, Breathtaking views! very sunny location , nice apartments with wide balconies; excellent service with good advice at the reception. Shopping facilities (Coop) at walking distance , as well as the brand new pool and...
