The service over there is disgusting, even TV is not working. With the sizzling cold temperature of -4 degree celsius you won't even get hot water. There is no even heater to curb cold,in some room door TV is not working in some room there is no hot water and in some the door lock was damaged.

This is a very beautiful resort where we spent 2 days. Lots of greenery and cold weather every time makes this place more beautiful. The resort is well built with lots of recreation stuff like billiard, ping pong, slide etc. The bar is very nice. And the best thing is, there is a view top from where you can see...

The views to Everest are lovely, but the rooms are tired and a bit too lively for my tastes. I had lots of moths in my carpet - big ones, that tried to flutter out, not little diddy ones. Luckily I'm not faint hearted, but that wasn't a great start. Got the staff to bug spray the room while we...

There are several things that annoy me about hotel bathrooms and the Everest Panorama managed to score highly on all of them. For example- pervading dirt and dampness, a toilet seat that doesn't stay up on its own and a toilet cistern that you have to ‘pump’ to get it to flush and takes an age to fill Having said...

Its in desperate need of tourists but it was a lovely location with tremendous views and great service from some lovely staff. The rooms do have heating and A/C but are very tired and need renovating. I don't think this can be done without some more tourists or guests. The view we had and service we received deserve more guests....
