We stayed in the main house in a on suite bedroom, with a large balcony overlooking the extensive gardens, it’s was spotlessly clean. Coffee/ tea / smart tv, Wi-Fi, towels & dressing gowns ( you will need to take your own toiletries) available. Breakfast included fresh orange, cereals, fruit & a full English with plenty of tea/coffee. 10 mins from seafront. Owners lovely & helpful. Would defo recommend

What a gem, blissfully quiet, except for the speakers on one of the hot tubs which was a lovely touch!! Its off of the beaten track, very family friendly with excellent hosts who even held my clingy baby so I could eat my lovely breakfast but would be equally great for couples. We felt so welcome and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. We hired all 3 of the footpath cottages as a group which was great as they're connected and you can open the garden fences up. They're all beautiful, the views are stunning. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Fabulous place, lovely people. This was our 2nd visit. People cannot do enough for you. Freda and Neil very accommodating to ensure you have an enjoyable time. Herne Bay, Whitstable short journeys away. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Our dog Henry loves it, think he would have stayed. Will definitely be back.

A family run business who have the perfect place and have got everything right for visitors. We hIred all cottages, self contained annexe and double en-suite in house as there were 16 of us plus our dogs. Could not fault this lovely place everything you need is provided. All accommodation was perfectly clean and the bedding good quality, modern interiors and nicely decorated. The Hot Tubs in each cottage are really great and were warm and ready for use. Freda & Graham could not do enough for their visitors, we had the use of all the grounds which were amazing and there is a lovely pond you can sit by, Ian was very nice to talk to and very informative. Everyone in the cottages were able to take their dogs which was a plus for all of us. The breakfast provided to those staying in the main house was great. Can’t wait for another visit and would highly recommend, there is no restriction to just one dog perfect for dog lovers with more than one dog. Thanks to the owners for an amazing stay.

This is an amazing place. We were so lucky that another couple had to postpone their stay on a short notice and we were able to grab it. It‘s 100% like described if not nicer. Everything was clean and lovely and the hot tub was amazing. I wish the people who booked after us would have also cancelled so we could have stayed longer. :-) Btw: the bed is also comfy, which is not the standard for Airbnb places. It’s a bit small (but that’s just British ;-)) but there is a sofa bed, which is also surprisingly comfortable to sleep on (in case you need to outsource the hubby) Thank you for everything, we will be back!

My wife and I spent the most magical time at Reynolds farm .From the moment we arrived we were looked after by Freda the host who is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and the setting stunning . The room was spotless and comfortable and every detail was thought of . A delicious breakfast included fresh fruit , cereal , toast and a full English cooked to perfection with piping hot tea or coffee and fresh juice . Great price and so friendly . Freda recommended the local pub the Bell . And that was lovely too . Thank you Reynolds Farm you made us so happy .

Spent a short break (mon-fri) here in may 2021. The accommodation was clean and well appointed, with useful access to a laundry room. We travelled with our infant son, and they were very helpful with the travel cot and other things we needed for him. We had an issue with the hot tub (not their fault) but they worked hard to rectify the fault, and when it couldn’t be without the intervention of an engineer, worked really hard to make it up to us, which was appreciated. Good location for exploring Kent, about half an hour from most places in Thanet and Canterbury, although you would need a vehicle to travel around. We also had the breakfast hamper which was really nice.
