We were dining at the Resort restaurant because it looked great. I ordered a cordon bleu and was told they did not have it. I said okay and ordered another dish. Many things were apparently out of stock but i can understand this as there are not many customers around during these hard Times. Another person in my company then ordered a steak.. 1 hour later he recieved a cordon bleu instead of his steak.. And was charged extra for it as well. Really? Another person ordered a type of fish and when it arrived around 90 minutes later it was a different fish. The reasoning for this the staff said: "we dont have the fish you ordered" So you give us another dish and assume its okay? Please ask the customer next time about what they would like to change to, never assume. How about the cordon bleu i ordered that you did not have. Why did you have it all of a sudden and serve it to someone else who did not even order it? As for the food taste.. Fries were as yellow as it can get. I was told you only had pepper sauce yet when the steak arrived there was no pepper sauce to be seen, only sweet chicken sauce. Basil leaves was very bland. The other dishes was alright but nothing special from what i was told by the other members of my company. Looks like a great Resort but please take a look at your service staff and kitchen staff. Many things that can be improved here. Great atmosphere is the only Good thing i can give this place and that is the only reason this is not a 1 star review. Would i come back? Depends if the situation is the same in The future.…
the best views ever, the bungalows are beside the river, very comfortable bed, air condition, it looks very renovated place, good place to stay, big windows what makes light go in and have good views from bed, very near to national park, you can have breakfast beside the river and if you are lucky can see monkeys on the other side, recommended 100% the staff make you fell at home, they speak english
Well maintained hotel with a nice resto/ bar overlooking scenery. Will definitely visit agai.n. Rooms are spacious and the whole area is quite calm and serene. It is walking distance from the rainforest
Want to see wild monkeys? Then this is your place to go. The restaurant serves cheap and pretty decent food, the staff is friendly. Not a 5* hotel, but definitely a recommendation if you are visiting Khao Sok.
Was there with tour group and was staying in the rooms on the hill behind in the rainforest, so pretty view from balcony. Do however be careful and not leave anything outside, and always lock door as monkeys do come down and will take your stuff :)
