We were house hunting in the area and recommended this particular hotel to stay in. The lady of the house cooks amazing hearty food and breakfast is... More

There is so much to see in the area and Duc is an ideally situated base to travel from. Joan and Tony have made this the best place to... More

We received a very warm welcome from Tony & Joan, an immediate offer of a drink (hot/cold or alcoholic), they quickly showed us to our room and made sure we knew where everything was. Our room & bathroom were immaculate, the finish on everything was impeccable and it was obvious that a great deal of time, effort and love had... More

Travelled here by motorcycle with friends and spouses. I must say, we were looked after very well. A beer on arrival was very much welcomed as it was after every rideout. The house is beautiful. The food was very good and would recommend ordering the evening meals. Tony and Joan are natural hosts. We like this area and have visited... More

We've stayed at Duc probably about 5 or 6 times now. We first discovered quite by chance, and we are so glad we did. Duc provides a great base for the surrounding sites. The site seeing, it goes without saying, is truly incredible. Nothing is too much trouble for Tony and Joan. Who will happily provide packed lunches and pocketfuls... More

We were greeted by the hosts who immedietely offered us drinks after our journey and then went on to show us the accommodation. The house has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and has kept all of its character. We stayed for three nights along with two other couples travelling with us and had three excellent evening meals... More
