Pool and restaurant at a fair price, basic menu but enough to satisfy the needs. The hotel has access a few yards to the bay. It has A/C. the pool is small and not deep, the restrooms outside are rustic.

I have been to this resort for a week with my family. The location is very beautiful and relaxing. The staff was always nice and the restaurant very good: we could have fresh fish every day! The second day we went to swim with the whale sharks...it was amazing! We had a great time.

If you're heading to BOLA this is undoubtedly the place you should stay. While certainly not perfect, Los Vientos gets an A for efforts as William/Rosa are working diligently to get this property up to tip top shape. Pros: *Great AC both in the rooms and in the restaurant (which is the only one in town we found that wasn't...

Los Vientos just keeps getting better! The small undersized window style air conditioners that are prevalent in Bahia have all been replaced with 2 ton split systems. The rooms start cooling in minutes as opposed to hours. The pool was the cleanest we've ever seen. Nice and inviting. Rooms have been scaled back to 2 beds each with lots of...

The two of us recently spent 3 days at Los Vientos Hotel. William took very good care of us. The room was right on the beach, which was handy for launching our kayak. The new AC was great, bed was comfy, shower was nice. Delicious fresh fish was served every night in their restaurant & lunches & breakfasts were fantastic,...

William went out of his way to make our stay fantastic. Nice new AC system in our bungalow family room (and where our two boys had beds), but we wish the little AC in the bedroom would have worked so we could have closed the door. William probably would have tried to fix it, but it was late when we...

Very nice, great staff, the new owners are amazing. Fresh yellowtail for dinner and breakfast to die for. These guys are doing a great job in a very remote place! I would highly recommend this place, we are glad they re-opened this place. Everyone had a smile on their faces and were very pleasant. We definitely will always stay here...

If you are looking for the best on the beach location, a very comfortable bed, with on-site restaurant this is your place to stay! Los Vientos excels in these areas. The new owners have been working tirelessly to upgrade this resort as it fell into disrepair under the prior ownership. This is a work in progress. Pros: We rented a...

Los Vientos is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the raw beauty of Bahia de Los Angeles. Rightly called the "Mexican Galapagos" for its spectacular scenery and the unique wildlife species that inhabit the region, the entire Bahia area is an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Since acquiring the “resort” that had fallen into a state of disrepair and decay...

We had only planned to stay a night or two in Bahia de Los Angeles. But then we found the Los Vientos Hotel and stayed 6 nights! It was heaven. March is the off-season and it was so quiet and peaceful that we found ourselves just walking the beach, listening for whales breathing across the bay, enjoying the dolphins cruising...
