This was our first birding spot in Vietnam, one that will be familiar to any serious nature lovers. The guesthouses in the park are rustic, but being inside the park is great. Waking in the morning to the sound of Buffy-cheek Gibbons calling from a nearby tree is worth a lot. Working air-conditioning improved our demeanor considerably. WiFi was spotty,...

We stayed here one night. The room and bathroom has a good size, and is clean, but dated. A layer of paint and a few repairs would have made wonders. Only 2 towels, but soap, shampoo, toothbrush and comb. Teamaker, refrigerator, tv and mosquito net (witch we didn't have to use).

Accommodation is very basic with super thin mattresses. If you cannot sleep in hard bed then stay outside of the park! BUT nothing beats the morning wake up by gibbon song behind your house! Very good base for walks in the fantastic forest and cycling along the local road. This is all done by government and staff gets paid (very...

The bungalows are basic accommodation. If you're expecting a luxury room, this isn't it. But, if you came here to see Gibbons, this is the place. The gibbons are amazing. For wildlife lovers, I recommend coming here to see them.

Maybe it was the heat, however looking at others reviews it looks like the pair of women greeting customers at the parks 'information centre' are always unhelpful. I have traveled extensively in the region and have come to expect poor service at government run places, however this was exceptionally bad. They were both about as much use as a wet...

We visited the park for birding and stayed one night in Bo Tot Guar room 5. There were 2 twin beds with a bottom sheet , pillow, and cotton quilt. There were no screens on the windows, but shutters were pulled to keep the insects out. It had ac, a minifridge, TV with Vietnamese channels only, and wifi. The bathroom...

We had read the reviews and expected a basic room but it was even worse than described. The room was dirty and the toilet leaked onto bathroom floor. Even if you're doing the early morning gibbon trek, it's better to spend the night somewhere else.

My husband and I were very excited to visit Cat Tien National Park for two reasons, the opportunity to see wild gibbons and to visit the Dao Tien Primate Centre. We were aware that the national park itself would not be particularly luxurious however on the basis we knew the gibbon trek starts at 5am we thought it might be...

I had a trekking tour for three hours it's ok not much special. The ribbon center is great to save the lovely animals. The restaurant is basic, ok for a state company.the accommodation inside the park is just basic but the long house nearby is probably a better choice to explore local life.
