I have visited many resorts in DR and this is in my top 5, highly recommend the Hyatt Zilara, the staff is always very welcoming and attentive to your needs, top shelf liquor and great food choices, nice nightly walks on the beach.

What an amazing resort! For one it’s absolutely beautiful, well kept and safe. The food is excellent and drinks are excellent. It has an amazing gym and so many restaurant options. It has healthy options as well. This was hands down the best resort experience we have had. The staff is all so friendly and helpful! Team Shutters and Anthony and the gym staff were outstanding, mainly the spin instructor and yoga instructor.

I went to the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana for a week with family/significant others, and it is hands down the most amazing resort. From the moment you walk in, the views will take your breath away, and the staff immediately showcase their amazing customer service. Eli was outstanding all week in helping our party of 8 get dinner reservations each night at the various restaurants on the resort (all of which are amazing - Journeys and Waves are can’t miss!!). He also coordinated a beautiful fruit, cake, and champagne arrangement delivered to the room for a birthday celebration. The infinity pool is gorgeous. We spent the majority of our time here enjoying the sun, music, and drinks from the swim up bar. Diomedes and Brayan were two of many employees that went out of their way to hang out with our party all week, frequently joining us for beach volleyball or pool-side ping pong. Their joyful presence made a very positive impact on our vacation. The rooms themselves here are perfect. Very spacious with a scenic view. Lastly, I want to highly recommend the spa experience. While not included with your stay, the hydrotherapy and massage treatment were WELL worth the money spent. I cannot recommend the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana enough. The food and service was absolutely amazing The resort was beautiful and clean So many food options but the Peruvian and Indian was my personal fav Our standout servers were DIOmedes (my fav guy) Alturo Abd Brayan at the pool Additionally Richard and Julio were the best bartender for the events we attended

Everything was amazing!! Arturo went above and beyond for us during our stay. We had a great time on the aqua bikes. And enjoyed pool side black jack. Rocio was the best and kept us “hydrated!” Shutters had the best food. So happy we upgraded to VIP.

The hotel has been amazing. Food is great and everyone is so kind. Tempest and Noodle and Thread were amazing. All the shows in the evening have been soo fun. The silent disco was such a fun family activity. Room and spa has been great! Arturo has been amazing at the pool including us in all the activities each day.

We had a wonderful time on our family trip. The Hyatt had everything you can possibly imagine from service to friendliness, clean throughout the resort. We loved the idea of sit down dinners for different cuisines Zilara Ziva. The beach was always kept clean, staff always helpful with the lounge chairs and umbrellas. Staff passing around for drinks on the resort and on the beach. The Club Level was a great choice to go with for those extra perks. Club pool area all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Shutters was frequently our choice for breakfast, great staff, Spvr: Jaime, Chef: Enoc, BT: Mario, Host: Paloma, Waiters: Edward, Unice, Miguel, Ouby, Bladimir, Franklin.
