This hotel is highly recommended for a stopover during a long trip by car! Very comfortable rooms, easy parking, very close to the autoroute and very friendly service! The quality of the food was outstanding, Foie gras, Magret de Canard and a nice chilled Rose from the Provence! And the next day breakfast was just perfect! Bravo!

We were given a charming welcome when we arrived at this hotel, which is in a nice setting beside the river. Our room was clean and modern and very quiet. We had dinner which was exceptionally good and a beautiful breakfast. If we are that way again we would certainly return.

The Domaine happens to be just 6 and half hours from northern Brittany and fairly near the A63 to get us to Spain. It was a real gem for us as we were surprisingly upgraded to a suite as big as a 2 bedroom apartment in many capital cities. The welcome could not have been any more helpful and charming... More

The rooms are more than adequate but what puts this small hotel into a different league is the quality of the food in the dining room. Our recent one night stay was made all the more enjoyable by the friendlyness of the proprietors, a lovley Dutch couple (with flawless English) who made us so welcome. I've been fortunate to have... We stayed with 2 small children for one night. The owners were very friendly and helpfull. Good beds, nice room. Immediate area is not very special, we didn't visit tjhe village (which should be nice). Food is exceptional, what a way to start (or end) your holiday. See you next year!

We found this through the Logis listings, and stayed here for one night during a long cycle ride. The staff were very helpful, food and wine good, rooms modern. Restaurant formally set out and the food, wine and service was very good. The breakfast was set out for individual service on the tables and probably a lot is wasted if... More

Domaine de Pont de l’Eyre is OK, the location isn’t the best as it is situated on a busy road intersection but inside there is no traffic noise so there is no disturbance. The hotel could use a makeover as it looks a little outdated but still, it is good value for money. The menu offered in the evening is... More

Whilst this seems to be a typical, idiosyncratic provincial French hotel, it is in fact being run and `improved` by a Dutch couple who are getting quite a lot right. Restaurant was surprisingly good with imaginative dishes (really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast ) and staff very attentive and charming. Outside eating on a warm evening. was really appreciated as was... More

Older property being progressively done up by young Dutch couple owners. They are doing a good job and we enjoyed our stay. Nice big room and very good fresh bathroom. Nice setting beside the river Eyre. We saw some trout but didn't try to fish. The little town of Salles is very pleasant and has an excellent pub run by... More
