Hotel was exactly what we were looking for - location by the sea, in a charming little town and friendly and hospitable personnel. Room in building A (202) had a lateral sea and mountain view. It was the same like shown on hotel website and booking. Housekeeping does quick and good job in the morning during breakfast. Furniture seems new and beds are very comfortable. We had breakfast included and all the compliments to Svetlana arranging it and friendly restaurant staff always making tables. Sea view during the breakfast gave a secret ingredient to local specialties we get a chance to taste every morning. Throughout the day, chef Petar prepared great variety of dishes. Waiter always made great recommendations, and Lisa and Blazo together with their team made great atmosphere in the restaurant, especially in the evening. There are sunbeds on the hotel terrace and just a few steps from it you can dive into the sea. Those that prefer laying on the pebble beach can stay on the beach that was never too crowded. It is a public beach, no entrance fee and no sunbeds. Water was crystal clean with a view over Kotor. Hotel offers plenty of tour choices and there’s possibility to book tours at the reception. Friendly front desk, especially Sladjan, always had good recommendations how to fulfill time and what to visit. Stories from him, who was born and raised in the town were added value to this charming property! If you are looking for a nice hotel by the sea, next to the oldest house that hides the story and legend behind with a friendly and hospitable personnel you will not make a mistake by booking this hotel! What is more - you will get a good value for money and meet wonderful people working in this family run hotel!

This small hotel is a jewel on Kotor Bay! The location, facilities, staff, etc. are all amazing. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but that’s where you can get your exercise. Everyone is so helpful, especially Andrea, Marco, Blazo, Liza, Tatjana and the rest. So kind and caring! They can take care of everything for you!

The hotel is good but made of cheap and old materials. For example the bathroom design is just stupid: whichever way you try to take your shower, the whole floor will get completely flooded (see photo). The location is okay - convenient to visit the whole bay by car, but when laying on the hôtels’ beach lounge chairs or when eating at its restaurant you’ll be facing a quite busy road and trash containers (see photo). Also when walking to nearest restaurants from the hotel, note that the road doesn’t have any sidewalk - this is not the hotel’s fault of course but something potential guests need to know about. Also, avoid the hotel’s restaurant - it’s named Bokafina and I wrote a separate review on its TripAdvisor page. There’re much better restaurants with more reasonable prices in a walking distance from the hotel. On the good side - Covid measures are quite strictly followed here, everyone wears a mask properly and at breakfast guests aren’t allowed to touch the buffet - the staff helps them get what they want.

We had a relaxing few days here last September. It was obviously very quiet. The hotel is new and super clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. A relaxed and filling breakfast on the terrace with a 'sea' view was a great start to the day. There is an area with sunbeds in front of the hotel and a public beach across the road. There are several local restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely silent hotel with super friendly service. Far better than crowded Kotor hotels. Great value for many and perfect starting point to explore Kotor region. Nice restaurants around for casual dining.

I felt very welcome and had a lovely time staying here. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Great location for exploring whole Montenegro. Great room with a comfy bed, good size space, lovely bathroom. Overall excellent value for money. Very good breakfast, good selection with some nice touches, including great coffee. Great experience for a solo traveler (in my case). I would definitely recommend booking here and I would look to book here the next time I am in Montenegro/ Boka Bay.
