Hi. I requested for a reservation for full day spa and got a confirmation of rates. As we would be arriving late in Mendoza and would like take the tour the next day it was be difficult to meet the requirement of paying in cash at your Mendoza office.
Your Mr. Federico Sanchez kindly agreed to make the booking through credit card provided we filled and signed the form attached with email. However the form was not attached with the email and despite my request twice, there is no reponse and the time limit for submission of the form expires on 01 February 2017.
Can you help.

Hi Glen! Thank you for your helpful review. My fiance and I are looking to stay here for our honeymoon this December. I have a few questions and would so appreciate any help!
1) How did you book this place?? I have written the hotel and they have been responsive, but I feel a little uneasy booking a reservation without an official confirmation. I got a note saying I need to pay when I get to Argentina.. but that seems a little strange to me.
2) We will be staying in Mendoza a total of 5 nights. Would you recommend coming here on the weekend or during the week?
3) Do you think one night is plenty to stay here, or is it best to stay 2 nights? We like to get a good feel for a place usually when we visit.
4) We will need transportation to and from Mendoza. How did you get from Mendoza to the resort and back?
