I had a room with an ocean view but no balcony. The staff was very accommodating and the room was always clean and comfortable. The location is conducive to walking the beach, walking into town, taking a bike to the wall of tears or walking to the tortoise sanctuary. The kitchen at the hotel provided very good Ecuadorian food served...

Having sailed around the Galápagos Islands for 10 days in 2010, we were looking to stay on one island for a few days prior to going to a conference in Quito. Iguana Crossing was recommended by friends who had lived in Ecuador. We were completely pleased with our experience. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, explained the arrangements for our daily...

The hotel is a very beautiful place a the end of the "main road" of this island. However, it is still very quiet and not a busy street. The beach is just meters away from the entrance and stretches over hundreds of meters. The Hotel staff was friendly and the service was good. Room were clean and facilities were great....

A charming hotel at the end of the beach in Isabella (Puerto Villa Mil). Staff was friendly and responsive, Good restaurant. A 10 minute stroll to the center of the town. WiFi worked pretty well considering the location.

We had an ocean front room with a balcony. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with a big bathroom. Hotel is located right across the road from amazing beach with marine iguanas, blue footed boobies, crabs, pelicans and many other birds. Good location. Walking distance to main square, restaurants, bars and touristic activities.

Gorgeous hotel with outstanding views BUT: The reservation is made in Quito where they speak English. Only one staff member, at best, speaks English at any time during the entire day. Breakfast begins at 6am BUT most people leave for excursions and/or the ferry between 5-6am, therefore there is little to NO breakfast for those people even if arranged for...

This hotel is at the end of the road, right next to the actual iguana crossing. It is right by the path to the giant tortoise rebreeding center, which is very interesting. The hotel itself was clean and modern with terrific views of a beautiful beach. There is a small pool and a nice rooftop area with even better views,...

This place is amazing!! The rooms are the best we had on our whole trip! Isabella was the smallest town of 2500 people on the largest island. I loved this island. Main Street still had sand roads, marine iguanas all over the beach, pink flamingos, beautiful birds. Etc. this hotel is within a few blocks of town but at the...

I visited Iguana Crossimg with a open room looking to the Pacific Ocean, very light, with a system of regulated water in the shower to save water. Great breakfast, swimming pool and close to national park.
