Me and hubby have stayed a couple of times at the Rosebank. There is absolutely nothing I can fault. The owners Ian and Susan can't do enough for you. If you only want a basic bed and breakfast this is it very clean but not all en suite so some have a trek to bathroom and shower also old fashioned portable tv with vhs video in rooms and with no WiFi to take away from boredom this is ok for a night not few nights but tourists may think...
