I stayed for 3 nights over a long weekend diving trip. Marion and Graeme are wonderful hosts, with a nice cup of tea to welcome me on arrival. The location is excellent, the rooms comfortable and a very good breakfast every morning. On my last night, there was a complete power failure in the area, so all the restaurants were...

Bellmain House has an annexe to the home of the hospitable couple, Grahham and Marian who served us a tasty cooked breakfast in their own home. Only one 'unit' is occupied at once, the second bedroom only being available to the family renting the first. Set in a delightful garden by a picturesque estuary, this is one of those places...

We went to Bellmain House B&B for 6 nights over Christmas 2015. Fantastic little spot, Ngungruru is really beautiful. We stayed in the Apartment 1, my husband, myself and our 2 adult sons. It was very spacious and had everything we needed, great location to Tutukaka and surrounding areas. We had breakfast every morning. Marion and Graeme are excellent hosts...

We found this lovely place luckily, when looking for a place to stay one night. What can I say? We stayed 4! and after a week we went back because we couldn't get it out of our minds, because it was so lovely! We even got it cheaper cause we stayed longer and it was so far the best Hotel/motel/Hostel/b&b...

Spent six days in Tutukaka in this secluded cottage which has all the amenities. Lovely hosts who are unobtrusive but there if you need them. Tutukaka is a hidden jem on the east coast of Northland and well worth a visit.

What a find, wonderful friendly hosts in this really affordable accommodation. We will absolutely be back on our next dive trip to the Poor Knights. Breakfast is great - try Marion's home made muesli , oh and the scarambled eggs are pretty special too. Great place to stay

I planned a trip to Northland and was recommended by friends to take a look at Ngunguru. I struck lucky by booking a stay with Graeme and Marion at Bellmain House where I spent an initial two nights. I was greeted with the Union Jack flag hoisted by Graeme - what a nice touch! I stayed in the apartment which...

Graeme and Marion were wonderfully hospitable and welcoming for a two-day stay in this beautiful part of a beautiful country. When I almost didn't make it to Ngunguru because of bad planning, Graeme went out of his way to help me. The breakfasts were wonderful and hearty, and the setting very peaceful - great beach strolls and swimming, and a...

We spent 2 nights in this B&B and Marion & Graeme our hosts were helpful, welcoming & lovely. We stayed in the Apartement 1 which was spacious and had a comfy King bed. The pictures on their website are reliable: pretty much what you see is what you get, so no suprises here :) Brekky was great (eggs, toast, jams,...

We stayed in the self contained cottage in their garden which had everything we needed. This place is superbly located for diving trips to Poor Knights Island and also for all the wonderful coastal walks. Our hosts were helpful and friendly especially when we couldn't decide when to leave! I would visit this area again.
