Have stayed here many times for a lacrosse tournament. The majority of the time the staff is amazing although the night people need to relax a little. We were getting in trouble for noise starting at 10:20 pm yet I went for a walk once and couldn't hear our sites at all until you were right up on it. We...

I write this review with some reservations as some gems you expose with skepticism. If you have children you have to visit Toronto North KOA (Cookstown, ON). The staff is more like a family, welcoming you into their back yard for the weekend. There are many activities and crafts for the kids including a challenging rock climbing wall, Mining Experience...

Very clean, great facilities, and although our son is a little older and we didn't participate, there is always stuff going on for the kids! Conveniently located, not far from small towns, and a short drive to things like Vaughn Mills for shopping, or Canada's Wonderland, this is the one place we always go back to year after year.

I wanted a few days to spend in the area to visit friends and relatives. I was not charged extra when a visitor came in I didn't have a reservation and found lots of empty sites available but this was after Thanksgiving. Easy access to the 400 Hwy and little noise could be heard from it. The staff were extremely...

It just does not get better. Beautiful camp sites, large and clean. Well maintained washrooms, buildings, showers etc. This is a family spot with lots of activities and close to the lake and Wonder Land. The kids never want to leave. The staff are amazing it even has a nice well stocked store

We spent 9 nights in August 2014. It is conveniently located close to the motorway, but has no stores in the immediate vicinity. Closest stores are about 10 miles. The roads are gravel, but are well maintained. After each heavy rain they are out filling holes and grading. Sites are also gravel, with grass between sites. Distance between sites is...

Well first of all we've been staying at this campground for about 3 years now, we always book 12 or more sites as we play sports in that area. The young owners are very nice and accommodating but the older staff members however are not so friendly. This last time which was last weekend, they were complaining about the dog...

My family does a camping trip every summer and as part of out 30th anniversary for camping, we wanted to try something new.... camping in Canada! We went with KOA because we have camped at a few of their sites in the US. What I thought was nice... -The campsite was small, but "cozy." -The staff was VERY kind and...

We chose KOA North Toronto as we wanted somewhere close to home (Markham, ON) and fun for our 2-year old to have his first camping experience. The reviews and camp features were what instantly attracted us. The staff are friendly, the entire campground incredibly clean and well kept, the facilities good, the pool sparkling clean, and the security top-notch (near...
