Stayed for two nights whilst at a wedding for the weekend. Rooms modern and clean as is the rest of the hotel, Bathroom and shower very good but taps extremely confusing. Beds comfy. We stayed on the 2nd floor and there was no noticeable noise from outside or the bar downstairs. Priced well and had parking all be it not...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 24 January 2017

This a great choice for either Surbiton or even London, with fast trains taking only 15 mins to Waterloo and running until late. We had a room on the second floor and even though it faced the main street, the traffic noise was not intrusive. The beds are very comfy and the rooms stylish. The staff are all delightful. We...

Dear Greenlightsal, Thank you for your five star review, which will be shown to all members of the team. I am pleased that the room allocated met with your expectations, and benefited from our locations close to Surbiton Station. I appreciate your observation regarding residual noise, as rooms on the second floor should not be affected. I can confirm that...

Lovely room, good service but our stay was let down by the breakfast...the continental was okay, but limited, but we purposely stayed for brunch and it wasn't very good! Hard poached and fried eggs, rock hard and burnt bacon and toast, and undercooked pancakes, which was really disappointing. Also. .garlic mushrooms for breakfast is a big no no! If the...

Dear Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to post a review, as all feedback is greatly valued as it helps us strive to achieve the best service levels possible at all times. My husband and I stayed at Hotel Bosco for one night, we stayed in room 101 which I think is the biggest room in the place. The room was very nicely decorated and was massive. Bed was really soft which I loved but husband would have preferred a firmer bed. We had a drink in the bar before heading out,...

We really like this comfy hotel, just a short walk from all of Surbiton's amenities. The beds are great and the staff are lovely. If you stay on a weekend though and want a good night's sleep, try and get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, as the ones on the 1st floor are over the bar, which...

Great location by the train station, which allows us to go to central London quite quickly. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are good and clean. There is a bit of noise on weekends until 1am because of the bar below, but we had been warned before booking, so no surprise there. Even so, we had very good sleep.

Great location when visiting Surbiton and Kingston is within walking distance. Nice restaurants and pubs next door. Trains to London across the street from the hotel. Lounge staff was attentive and international.

We find this a good location for Twickenham, being so near Surbiton station, trains via Clapham Junction. Our only comment is nice tea tray in a cupboard, but no plug. You have to take the tray out of cupboard and find a plug, and has to be whole tray as kettle base is molded into tray. Just a small quibble...

Found sick on our bedding on arrival which is disgraceful! was promised discount due to being fully booked & unable to change our room. Have been charged full amount - horrendous treatment! Room was noisy. Lots of rattles and crashes. On top of that there were roadworks outside too which woke us up early. Continental breakfast not expected. Couldn't see that on the website, would've preferred hot option. Coffee was great though and staff at breakfast were friendly.
