Hi there, please don’t be concerned. It’s always the way that people are more inclined to leave a review if they had a negative experience, but often leave no review at all when they have a great holiday. We do provide feedback opportunities, and 93% of guests last year said they would recommend us to friends and family. Bearing in mind again that not everyone fills in these questionnaires, we’d expect that actually even more people would rate the park so highly. We do monitor TripAdvisor and other review sites and always endeavor to act on the feedback given.
