I stayed at this site for a week with my husband, our five year old boy and friends and we all absolutely loved it. It is a small, quiet camp site with clean facilities and very friendly owners who were always very helpful and fun to talk to. Our little boy made few friends with other children staying at the time and they had freedom to run around playing together, they were shown how to feed chickens and collect their eggs which became everyday activity. We will definitely return this summer as there is still so much more we want to see and do.

Lovely small quiet site with off grid facilities. Make sure you read all the details of the site before booking and you won't be disappointed. Compost loo's that are brilliant, clean and none smelly. Nice hot shower in a lovely outdoor wooden cubicle which has a changing room immediately adjacent. Lovely small gladed area to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Owner is one in a million and can't do enough to help.

We returned to this little campsite for the last of our summer holiday camping trips (visited before in 2016). Had a thoroughly enjoyable week. Got to know Victoria and her family and what a lovely welcoming bunch they are. Spent evenings round the campfire chatting and laughing.

The site is perfect, small, peaceful, facilities always spotlessly clean. Kids and I loved the outdoor gas shower! Close to lots of great attractions.

My son said it was his favourite camping trip ever (and if my memory serves me right, he said the same last time we visited - so a clear favourite for him).

No doubt we'll be back!

This is a fab location if you want to avoid traffic going to the Minack Theatre. We stayed in the Camping Cabin and had the BEST night sleep. The shower is awesome fun and the changing room next door has everything you could need. Thank you Victoria for loaning the map!

This was a great find!

Victoria, the lovely owner, was very kind to us and to others on the capsite throughout. The facitlities were brilliant (basic but perfectly adequate and clean etc). Location wise you couldn't beat it.

I was sad to leave without catching with Victoria and thanking her personally for such a great stay

We stayed there for one night and it was absolutely lovely. you can see from there Saint Michaels Mount. It is also not far away from ST Ives ( about 15 min drive). There is Sainsburys only 5 min drive from there.
The cabin was very warm, we had to sleep with the window open.
Victoria is very friendly and lovely person. She recommended us to have breakfast at Godolphins, which was a very great place with a view on Saint Michaels Mount.

Would definitely recommend and come back there.

If you want to stay in a simple, tiny yet well cared for campsite - Ash Farm is perfect.
The compost loos are the best we have ever used. Roofless showering is a delight and the views are fabulous.
Graham is a mine of information and really went out of his way to make sure we were happy.

We'd definitely stay again.

Spent 8 nights here with my children (12 and 9) for the first week of the school summer holiday. We arrived bright and early at 8.30am having set off from Bristol at 5am! The campsite is everything that we look for in a site, small, peaceful, with just enough of the basics – all very clean indeed! The field is flat and grass keep well. The compost toilets were always very clean with toilet paper provided. The outdoor gas powered shower was fantastic. Lovely and hot – kids enjoyed the experience of showering outside! There is a large and pretty decorated changing room which also had some useful tourist information such as tide times etc, books to borrow. There is no electric at the camp but there are solar lights to light the path to the toilets and shower in the evening and some great fairy lights in the changing room. The communal open camp fire was a real bonus, we spent some great nights chatting to likeminded campers around the fire. The owner and her family made regular checks on site and were easy to contact if needed. The site is in a very good location with so many great beaches and attractions close by. Pub just down the road, does food. Though we ate most our breakfasts at Morrison! Excellent value for money at £6 per adult per night and £3 per child. We will definitely be returning here.

My husband and I were working our way through Cornwall and stopped at this lovely campsite for an evening. The great price on accommodation allowed us to enjoy nice dinners out and other fun activities.
*Very nice shower with open roof that allowed for gorgeous tree top views in the morning
*Very friendly owners that were available to offer suggestions and recommendations of things to do in the area
*Great location if you have a car or bicycle - just a few minutes away from great attractions
* View of Saint Michael's Mount from the hammock on the hill at the campsite
