The room was very cold and the heating kept on shutting down. The bar staff were very abrupt and rude As I have just had major surgery I was placed on the first floor and there was no lift to take us up to the second floor with an extremely heavy suitcase. No Portering service was offered to assist me.

Lovely clean and friendly staff, would love to stay again , just avoid the pub next door , terrible staff, rude and not at all kid friendly, it's a shame the KFC next door is not open as there is nothing local to eat other than the terrible pub, wish the hotel provided food instead of pub, the hotel staff...

I stay at this hotel when watching football.in the City. Ideal place to stay and only a short drive to City centre. About 25 minutes on a good. Comfortable rooms , Obviously it is near a local food outlet and Motorway but stil slept great. Didn't eat at restaurant.

As far as Premier Inn's go, this was another great experience. The room was one of the modern styles with a massive TV and lovely comfy bed. Clean bathroom and everything as you'd expect. So I'm giving this 5 stars as it doesn't deserve to be brought down by the restaurant. As far as the attached Brewers Fayre goes, different...

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast lovely and staff polite and helpful. We checked out on 9th April and the receptionist working that morning was very helpful and friendly. My daughter had lost her hair clip and was very upset and she helped us to look for it! (We later found it in the car!) Thank you

I stayed here with my family for five nights. The room was very well decorated however I didn't like the fact we only had one pillow per bed which caused bad discomfort on my neck for a couple of hours. It is a stone's throw away from a fast food chain and near the Manchester Ring Road for travel purposes.

Excellent all-round stay at Premier Inn, Denton. Not the most salubrious of surroundings, but it is conveniently situated for the Greater Manchester motorway network. We stayed in the newly opened wing.

The lady that welcomed us at reception was very helpful, she booked a taxi for us to go to our event and also booked us a table in the restaurant. She really did go above and beyond. The restaurant for our evening meal was also very accommodating as it was very busy with it being mother's day but still got...

Everything about our stay was perfect, cannot recommend this hotel enough. Great value for money!!! The beds were extremely comfy, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was the perfect stay.
