Absolutely fantastic from the check-in to the check-out! We stayed there for 3 nights and fell in love with this place!!! Silvia and Melissa immediately made us feel at home!!! Such a pleasant and warm welcome. It is truly hard to find so much hospitality. Exceptional customer service. The tent itself was everything we were looking for...we relaxed as soon as we stepped into it. What a beautiful place on earth. Our dog was always welcome anywhere on the vineyard which we appreciated a lot. We also participated in a wine tasting and enjoyed Francesca telling us more about the fantastic wines they produce! Needless to say that our car was loaded with wines from Poggio Rosso. We loved it there and can highly recommend it. Many thanks to the great staff at Poggio Rosso who made our stay so pleasurable xxxl

Dear Smartes1303, We love your review. The reception girls are always very happy when a guest confirms their welcoming attitude. I often tell them but they don't believe me :-) We are also very happy that your stay was peaceful and comfortable, even for your dog. Please come back soon. We are waiting for you with open arms A greetings from all of us DM

We are just back from an amazing week with our kids in this comfortable, friendly and peaceful location. In one of the best spot of Tuscany coast, Poggio Rosso allowed us to leave in tight contact with the nature, spoiled by the comforts of the location and by the friendliness of the hosts. Kids loved waking up with the birds song! last but not least.... we enjoyed the great wine of Poggio Rosso vineyard

We booked our stay in November as we knew we had to be early. Everything okei, until two weeks before arrivel we got a cancellation of the booking. We did get an option of a hotel closeby, but that was something totally different! We got our deposit back, but ended up stressing to find something simular. Not recommanded!

Kind Marie S I'm very sorry and I understand your disappointment for a canceled vacation. I do not understand your review and your opinion. As Silvia have certainly explained to you, the glamping was closed for seizure of the Italian court. A bureaucratic problem of "force majeure" that forced me to cancel your holiday and another 970 nights booked during the season started. I made an investment to offer a special location for Guests with all the legal authorizations but nevertheless I suffered this problem. An injustice. There are no glamping in Tuscany like mine and therefore I could not offer an identical location. We have followed the international standard for cancellations and what is established to meet the needs of customers. So, sorry again for this story but I find very little correct your review as well as inadequate context. Writing your review is just an outburst that does not help travelers and our difficulty, which I guarantee is huge at this time. I hope you found a holiday that suits your needs. Warm greeting.

We stayed for 1 week in August as a family of 3. Beautiful tents, comfy beds, great bathrooms, with all the self catering equipment you need. Although no BBQ due to fire hazard. Each individual plot felt very private. Great, attentive staff who were really helpful. Beautiful setting on the vineyard - you get a free tour of the winery and wine tasting by the owner who was so passionate and informative about the process. We didn't feel obliged to buy but bought a few bottles to drink whilst on holiday. The Glamping is located about 10 mins drive from Baratti beach which is a lovely sandy cove backed by pine trees. You can hire bikes and it's a 20-25 min bike ride fairly hilly so suitable for kids age 8 plus who've got strength and stamina to cycle. The beach is very Italian - we didn't hear one other English family - which we loved! Great beach bar - you must have a drink watching the sunset it is beautiful. A really nice laid back hippy vibe to the place. A good couple of restaurants too - we had amazing pasta at the restaurant at the right hand side of the cove. A couple of things to mention - You can hear the traffic from the main costal road that runs past the winery particularly at night so if you're not a sound sleeper take ear plugs. Also there was an annoying local dog that barked throughout the night.... We did some exploration along the coast but found baratti bay to be the nicest. Don't bother going up to Cecina - feels downmarket with grey stony sand.

Dear rachelelizabethgott, Thank you so much for the review and for your stay. During the closing of the glamping this winter, we will prepare new services for our customers, including the pool and barbecue areas where you can safely cook excellent grills; We regret that some noise has annoyed you. The proximity to the services, the best beaches and the most important historical environmental points of interest, move many people who want to discover our territory, together with their dogs. We will be very glad to see you again! Best Regards DM
