When we arrived late at night, no bell luggage attendance and the staffs were not friendly enough to assist at all, including the guard who saw us (all ladies) unloaded the luggage from the car. Poor customer services! Isolated hotel which is far from convenience shops and visiting places. Not recommended for tourist who are planning for visiting other places as it was too far from the city, kinda waste of time to travel around. Lack of breakfast variety and other facilities. Not recommended.

Adapted Moroccan style, this residence has been converted into a hotel. The rooms/units are over 60 square meters. The unit that we stayed is a 2 bedrooms family suite with a balcony and it has a living room, a pantry with an electromagnetic stove, family size refrigerator and an Electrolux washing machine on the balcony. The only set back at this establishment is that it lack a good restaurant while breakfast is too simple for the guests.

We just checked into this hotel. Interesting but not ready to serve international guests. The good: Interesting design of the hotel To quality linen, bath towels and bath amenities A TV in every corner of the room It’s a quiet place The bad: Little or no command of English from the staff The 2 bedroom suite is small and 1 bedroom has a French bed, so the room is good for 3 people rather then the advertised 4 Breakfast is guesthouse style at most, eggs and toast and sugary orange drinks which should represent Orange juice Coffee made from an obscure machine tasting nothing The restaurant has a dining menu so bad, better not offer anything. No wines sold. The ugly: The have 2 guard dogs which roam free at night and aggressively bark at visitors. This can be dangerous particularly for kids and elderly visitors... The quirky: Kitsch decorations all over A rooster will wake you up in the morning Overall an experience but this property has way to improve to be anything close to 3/4 stars.

If you are looking for a place to chill-lax with your friends or family members, but you cannot really decide which cafe in the city you want to go because there are too many to choose, I highly recommend this "The Grand Morocc Hotel" to be your destination. I have discovered this beautiful place on Instragram, so I invited my best friend to go there. It turned out that both of us love it so much. We enjoyed spending our time there! The location is good. It's in Mae Rim, which is not really far from the city. We took only about 30 minutes to get there. Some of you might think it's far, but I'm a hundred percent sure that it's worth driving the distance. We ordered an afternoon tea set. The set includes tea of their own version, seasonal fruits, sandwiches, sausage bites, and traditional Thai dessert. One of my favorite parts of the set is their tea. Its tasting was soooo excellent. Unlike most cafes in the city, at Morocc, they provide variety of fabulous Moroccan costumes with variety sizes for both males and females. It means that you can dress up before enjoying your drinks & snacks in a magnificent atmosphere of Morocco. Morover, their staffs are very nice. They always make sure that their guests are happy. They also have a big smile on their faces, and they do serve their customers with their service mind. My friend and I were served by P'Bank and N'Sai. They kindly helped us take pictures, lot of pictures. I really appreciated their kindness. Thank you so much. We honestly enjoyed spending our time here very much. Keep your standards high. ★★★★★ Yurada
