This is my third stay at the Pavana in Chiangmai and I still love it! The tranquility of the resort is ideal for relaxing and finding yourself. Having done the 3 and a half day detox twice before, I decided to go for the 7 and a half day one this time. This includes meditation and yoga, massages, sauna and...

I've been to the Pavana for a 3 1/2 day detox retreat. The hotel is well maintained and the staff very friendly. I've probably been lucky not to encounter any large Chinese groups - the hotel was almost empty, which was nice. The instructions for the detox are a bit vague especially if you're new to it. The daily massage...

Was here for 7 nights as part of freshstart fitness bootcamp. Found the hotel staff to be lovely, resort was clean and very well kept. I think probably if was not doing bootcamp it might have been harder as hotel is quite remote & unless detoxing or chilling out it might not be the place for you. But was perfect...

Almost an hour from airport, this resort is away from everything. Room is basic and facilities are simple. I was lucky to be there in between the period of big groups and it was peaceful atmosphere. The meditation hall is opened air with beautiful view especially at sunrise. The highlight is the host for meditation, Khun Frans. He made the...

We were looking to decompress at a resort for a few days in Chiang Mai. The Pavana may not be the newest property out there, but the setting is picturesque and there is something for everyone... The staff was friendly and we enjoyed working with Frans. Would definitely stay there again...

What was a lovely, well maintained health and relaxation resort when I visited 3 years ago has really gone down hill. Sad to say. It now seems dominated by large group parties - nothing wrong with that but it has really changed the feel of the place. I found some communal areas, like the pool, quite dirty and the whole...

Last January we came for a seven day visit to enjoy healthy eating and a gentle detox. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil surroundings. It changed hands into Chinese ownership around the time of our last visit in January 2016. We re-booked for January 2017 for two weeks and have been sadly disappointed, the way the tranquillity of Pavana has changed....

We stayed here for 12 nights during our Freshstart Bootcamp. It is a beautiful and relaxing place well away from the hustle and bustle of Chiangmai. The food in the restaurant is super healthy. We highly recommend the Zen Chocolate and the Green curries are very tasty indeed. The spa is great too. The quality of massage is second to...

The Pavana is located at the remote area of ChiangMai and it takes around 45mins from the airport to the resort. the Resort is surrounded by nature, you can see all green, hear the sounds from the nature and animals (expect some insects :) ) they have a farm and you can eat their home grown vegetables at their restaurants,...

After reading the review of this place I was a little dubious about going, however time and enthusiasm to find an alternative were not there so I ran with it. I did the 6 days / 5 nights Juicing It plan. It included a lovely room overlooking the pool, while the room were reasonably basic the room was functional and...
