I was stayed there for 1 night. The resort was very very beautiful and staff was very nice. The room was very good as well. The bed was very comfy and wifi signal was excellent. I loved CDs that provided by the resort. The breakfast was good but I feel uncomfortable with the walk way between bed room and bathroom...

Proud Phu Fah is one of the best boutique resorts I have ever stayed at. Period. It is an eco-inspired resort, close to rainforest, full of greens and flowers – and animal life in all its carnations. If you travel with an expectation every hotel should be more like home than home, then this may not be a location for...

We stayed here for 2 nights on weekday and early rainy season . It is a nice decorated boutique hotel that you can have a feeling of wild forest with beautiful flowers when you walked in. The hotel location is good that the weather is not too hot even in early rainy season. There are many places you can visit...

Staying here for one night on a 2day motorbike trip. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a fresh drink and the surroundings are really beautiful. A little stream, lovely garden, small paths leading to the rooms, whom are all individual. The room itself was nice but the bathroom has an open end, so little friends (insects) can come in. The...

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a friends wedding. Nicely located, great charm, loads of detailing in design, but very pricey for food and drinks, with very slow service. Overall a good place to stay and to start a trip to the northern parts of Thailand. Highly recommend it for their rooms, not so much their restaurant.

Stayed here in April 2015 with my wife and find the right place to relaxe and forget about the rest. You have the choice of a private villa or phu zone. We stayed in the phu building with a private jacuzzi. Great, big and clean room. Housekeeping does a great job to keep it like that. All staff was very...

Great view and design, but - breakfast is mediocre (American breakfast) - staff doesn't speak English at all - transportation is a BIG pb (add 80 usd per day for transportation, hotel doesnt manage transportation at night from chiang mai and drivers tend to disappear during our visits during the day so have to wait fr them) Can probably find...

Beautiful rooms and scenery, poor service. I am used to traveling in Asia and used to perfect boutique hotels with excellent scenery, facilities and service. I am also used to being pampered by the staff and at least see if not meet the manager, since boutique hotels are smaller and supposed to be more human. The room is beautiful (101)...

Stop by on the way to a strawberries garden in San Sai. Very calm and quiet. If you want to escape from the city life or burning hot sunny day in Chiang Mai city, it is a definitely great choice. The view is just stunning too.

I booked a "Reluxiant" room type which has a river stream at the back of the room. THe room was nice, with a bathroom separated from the bedroom. Unfortunately, there was a storm hit chiang mai on that day and rain did ruin my vacation. The room turned out to be so humid, the path between bedroom to bathroom was...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Proud Phu Fah Hip & Green Resort stands on the land at 1150 meters above sea level on the charming mountain of Mae Rim - Samoeng Road. It is a place where you could experience the all-year-round coolness with the greenish surroundings and river flowing melodies. Rooms here are divided into 2 zones which are the Villa Zone (stream view) and Phu Zone (mountain view). The Villa Zone is a set of 9 compact size high-celling villas and another bigger villa with 2 bedrooms ideal for 4 guests. All villas are on the riverbank. The Phu Zone is a three-storey building. There are only 3 rooms on each floor plus with one room in a basement. The outstanding feature is its white tone color in contrast with the nature inspired furniture. A balcony offers you to take panoramic mountain view. Among the rooms in this zone, you can choose whether you prefer a jacuzzi or private swimming pool. The hotel does not expect you to stay all day all night at the hotel since there are also many other activities worth seeing around nearby such as the Mae Sa Elephant Farm, Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden, Mon Chaem and so on. ... more   less
