Great place to stay, very clean, spacious, facilities all in working order, staff mostly friendly. Only down point- in nearly 40gegrees the pool was 30. So not really refreshing- but at least there was a pool, so all good... & the beach literally across the road.

Thanks for your feedback. The weather was exceptionally hot for our area last week and it did indeed heat up the pool. Thank goodness the water temp at the beach was cooler. Hope to see you in the near future. Kindest regards, Kylie Moyle Holiday Park Coordinator

Fantastic location, great facilities including new facilities block which has everything you need or want! Well laid out camping sites with or without power. Great cabins available too! Well maintained. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good facilities including swimming pool. Only a short walk to the beach. Cycle track close by to take you all the way to Nelsons Bay.

Thank you for your review. Our new amenities block has proved to be very popular with our guests. The separate family and disabled rooms are a great extra service, along with the disabled car park, directly in front of the block. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, would like to see you in the near future. Kindest regards, Kylie...

This is a great holiday park. Best park I have stayed in. Great location and large resort pool. Beautifully kept gardens and surrounds. Garden villa overlooked lovely cool native plants. The park was booked out during our stay but it was quiet and private. Hot weather made bearable by excellent air con and near to pool and beautiful beach. Loved...

Our bedroom window was located only a few metres from a road lamp which lights up the bushes outside the bedroom window and flashed on and off (between 10 and 30 seconds) all night Monday so we informed Management of the problem the next day. Because Management did not change the lamp that day they should have offered to move...

Sorry to hear you were inconvenienced during your stay. A street lamp is something we would need an electrician to attend to, they may not have been available immediately. I am surprised that if another cabin was available, that our Customer Service Officers did not offer you to move. I apologize for any discomfort you felt during your stay. I...

Thank you for your feedback. We are still very busy on weekends with lots of Surf Club and sports carnivals in the area along with the beautiful weather, lots of friendly families have been about. We have a choice of 3 types of powered sites available for all budgets, please ask about the choice next time around. Apologies for the...

We recently spent 4 nights in a Getaway cabin at Fingal Bay Holiday Park. The cabins had everything we needed, including air conditioning, and was clean and tidy. We utilised the pool, kids playground & BBQ areas, they were all fantastic. The beach was a 3 min walk across the road provided an idyllic setting for our 16 month old...

Great, positive feedback - thank you. Our playground and toddler pool are a favourite with the kids that visit us. Most days the beach out the front is a lovely, calm lagoon - great for the whole family. Kindest regards, Kylie Moyle Holiday Park Coordinator

While the location was absolutely brilliant, the facilities were only average for the exorbitant prices charged. The cabin cost $330 per night and there wasn't even a salad bowl in the kitchen. They was mold in the bathroom, the balcony was too small to sit more than three people comfortably and the bunkbeds were suitable only for children under 8....

We love this place . It is one of the most complete tourist parks on the East Coast. The 3 bedroom villas are definitely an advantage. We loved the swimming pool and the settings around it. The management are extremely helpful and the beach across the road is so calm and beautiful. Will definitely visit again.

Everything about this holiday park is great: the cabin was bigger than expected, spotless, nicely decorated, and the kitchen well equipped. The pool and its area are also super clean and very pleasant. The beach is just across the street, and cafes and shops just a 5 mn stroll. Will definitely go back!

The biggest Holiday Park during our trip. Really huge. Nice pool and amenities. Beach just 5min away. Beach good for children. Lot of things to do in and around the park. Lot of animals in National park just next to the holiday park. Good sites for motorhomes.
