We have been coming to Honeycomb Valley several times a year for nearly seven years. We come back because we'd rather be here than anywhere else. Honeycomb Valley is perfect for my daughter who is passionate about animals, she enjoys catching up with old friends Nick the Calf (who thinks he's a sheep),Gary the Goat, Hollywood and Soda the horse...

Awwww...who needs frequent flyers when you can be a frequent farmer! Cannot even put into words what great guests and people you and your junior farmer are. Thank you mega.

We had a fabulous 3 nights at Honeycomb Valley. The kids loved collecting eggs (especially the blue-green ones!), doing the 'farm rounds' with 'Farmer Andrew', riding the ponies on the lead-rein, Nick the miniature Galloway, the goat kid Gypsy, the campfire, the honey, the obstacle course, picking strawberries...the list goes on. And the perfect location to pop to the beach...

Best Farmstay So Far! We recently spent 3 days at Honeycomb Valley with our 2 boys. We’d visited other NSW farmstays over the years and have loved them so spent plenty of time researching where we wanted to take the kids next. We had big expectations after reading about Honeycomb Valley and the various awards they have won over the...

Thanks so much - still enjoying the fun of watching the boys rounding up Peaches & Cream, and the giant animal round-up. Big things, little things, that's what make the world go round. Big high five to the boys and thanks so much for holidaying with us. Cheers, Andrew.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our 3 year olds had a ball helping with the animals, feeding the goats, collecting eggs etc. Honeycomb Valley Farm was fantastic - exceeding our expectations. Andrew was very welcoming and lovely with our kids. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy spending time together. The kids are still talking about it and keep asking...

My 9y old daughter chose honeycomb valley farm as her birthday present after loving our previous visit. We weren't disappointed. Amazing sunsets, lots of baby animals, paddle boating and adventures in the paddocks. The highlight was sitting on the grass watching a goat give birth to a healthy little set of twins. My only advice is to take many farm...

My family and I visited Honeycomb Valley Farm Stay at the end of the school holidays for 4 days. It was magnificent!! Honeycomb Farm exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, open, kind and professional service which continued throughout our three day stay. Coming from Sydney with 4 and 7 year old girls, we love nothing better than getting out in to the open countryside, however, are often cautious about letting them roam completely unattended. At...

Stayed here for a quick family getaway for my dad's birthday with our 2.5 year old farm-obsessed little girl, and what a great stay! The weather was quite chilly but our cabin was kept nice and warm by the fire our lovely host Andrew had helped us with. The living space was spacious and pleasant with great views of the...

We stayed at Honeycomb Valley Farm for 3 days over New Year. We had a fantastic time and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a few days of quality family fun (and learning). There are only 2 cottages so only 2 families staying at any one time. This makes it so personal and like you are being...

Awww, hello to you and the kiddo's! It was great to spend some summer days with your family. We especially love it when city-based kids get a chance to feel the freedom of farm life and the joy of being with animals under a big sky. We are so glad we could be part of your Aussie adventure and thank...

We have been returning to Honeycomb Valley for the last 4 years; sometimes twice a year. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Much-loved, award-winning (Gold at the NSW Tourism Awards in 2013!) and fun NSW farmstay just 3 hours north of Sydney near the beaches and lakes of Forster & just 1hr south of Port Macquarie. Lots of hosted farm holiday activities for kids and adults morning & afternoon including animal feeding (chickens, sheep, goats, alpacas, ponies, cows), pedalboat rides, tyre swing, ute and quadbike ride, goat milking, star gazing, bushtucker picking, campfire and more. Join the Campbell family on their sustainable farm adventure...maybe even cook in the solar oven, swim in the pool and enjoy a pony ride. The farm has just two, 2 bedroom cottages so personal attention is assured. The farm also has a farmgate shop full of farm-grown produce, extensive Resilience Gardens, a Native Stingless Bee Sanctuary and plenty more to keep you busy. ... more   less
