My girlfriend and I went to Wind Horse Farms for my birthday. We had heard about this beautiful, rural escape from some close friends and co-workers. The service here was excellent, nothing but friendly helpful people who were ready to answer any questions we had. The property itself was just far enough from civilization to be accessible but made us...

I've stayed at Windhorse on multiple occasions at both Juniper Lodge (group cabin with 15+ friends as part of a retreat) and solo in Happy Jack. Both offered different ways to experience this beautiful property, which offers 20+km of beautiful hiking trails, and countless ways to get lost wandering in the woods, always being able to find the way back...

We stayed multiple nights in Wills Cabin in September 2014 and from the moment we arrived we were welcomed in and made to feel special. We arrived with few expectations, merely happy to get into the woods for a few nights! Jim showed us back to the cabin, the smell of the forest intoxicating and arrived to a cosy wood...

I have just returned for a two day stay at Tamarck Cottage at Wind Horse Farms. I believe that the woods are ancient and vibrate on a very high frequency, they are sacred and have been blessed. One cannot help but go through some sort of transformation on a higher level while you are there. I had an incredible healing...

I've had the pleasure of being hosted at Windhorse Farm for many meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions over the past few years. The environment is lovely, the forest is amazing, and the people are remarkable.

I had the same kind of feeling that I remember in Grade 6 on a sunny warm spring day when the recess bell rang. The fresh air, freedom and escape cannot be described. when you drive a cross the small bridge on the road in, you can leave civilization behind. I didn't even need to check my iPhone every 37...

I stayed at Windhorse farm for 3 days during a board retreat. We stayed at the newly built building a little further up the track into the forest. The building and the rooms were modern and well built. I very much liked the blend of stone and wood and natural materials that were used for the rooms and the building....

Dear Traveller, There are places and spaces that you enter when you travel that hold their own tangible magic, places where you cross a threshold and it is apparent that a certain enchantment lay over it, and Windhorse is such a place. I have visited Windhorse in the Spring, Summer and Fall and I will always return again and again...

I went to a wonderful wedding here. The accommodation was wonderful. The co-ordination was great. Everyone knew where they would stay and the food was local and tasty. It was great for close friends and family groups and couples and singles. The yellow house is so so beautiful.

Windhorse hosted our Board retreat, and it was a stellar experience. The grounds are beautiful and intriguing; the lodging beautifully designed, spacious and immaculate; the staff warm, welcoming, informative, and attentive. I will return over and over to Windhorse. “Power and Sunshine House offer "farm house" feel and there are some beds in open areas as well as closed rooms. Juniper Lodge offers "pods" which are great for small group events if people don't mind one or two people to a room.”
