Limited hotel, facilities are nice but management seems to have challenges. My room had manual AC, and the mattress was awful. It's VERY uncomfortable to check in across the street, and then have to do the check out the same way, and you are forced to take the towel with you as well... (instead of leaving it on the room) Breakfast was good.

I had to visit a couple of customers on this side of the country so decided to spend the night. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel is well priced for what it offers. The hotel is close to the center of the city. The restaurant can be better the menu is very limited and small.

Nice, cliean, cheap, good location in that city. I choose this hotel without never being there. It was a nice surprise in Ciudad Neily. Highly recomended. I will allways go there when in the south of CR
