Great hotel, very friendly staff and attentive, especially Angela. The room was spacious and clean. We had massages which were good, I recommend the lobster at oasis. The infinite pool is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was good.

Hotel's Favourite
We just spent 10 days here with our four year old grandson. This was our third visit, so we are confirmed fans. The hotel did not disappoint and some staff were especially helpful: Marta, Beatriz, Moises, Juan and Omar, to name a few. The place is Covid safe and more options were open than in December 2020, when we last visited. The Mexican restaurant was fun. The Club Ocean remains a favourite. It is elegant and the food is excellent. The only tweaks to make it perfect fro me would be firstly to ensure there is boiling water to make proper tea at breakfast, not tepid water from a coffee machine. Secondly, several others to whom I spoke, shared my hope that separate serving utensils would be available for vegetarian options. At breakfast this is a problem as for example, the sausages and bacon sit near the tomatoes and other veggies and yet the spoons and tongs are shared. This is off-putting to vegetarians and vegans. Plant- based diets are more popular than ever, and should be accommodated. I also found a chef trying to make my veggie stir fry using the same spoon he had used for chicken. When I asked him not to do so he got quite cross and I ended up with a plate of cabbage full- stop. I did raise this with a manager, but the chef was one person in scores of wonderful staff members. The feature of the hotel which is really stunning is the horticulture. The gardens, flowers and landscaping add enormously to the ambience and relaxation of the place. Of course the pools are gorgeous, but the perfume of flowers is such a sweet thing on holiday. This place is relaxing, luxurious and great for families who want somewhere with excellent standards.

Hotel generally look nice, very nice pool and facilities. Room more 4* than 5* we arrived around 12:30 to the hotel but our room was not ready until 3pm hotel was 50% booked so in a 5* resort waiting almost 3h for room in half empty hotel unacceptable. After waiting almost 3h we was taken to our room which was not cleaned properly, toilet had brown stains (💩) after complaining we get another room but we already managed to use this nasty toilet in a rush. Management said it’s stain from the toilet seat metal parts not (💩) 5* resort just a reminder 🙄 Food 3/10 our first meal was in restaurant called agave I guess ordered a well done stake but received very bad uncooked one, after complaining to the waiter I was told a ate a bit so I have to pay for it… unacceptable got food poisoning after eating uncooked fish in the main restaurant by the pool, asked hotel to deliver water to the room as a apology and it happens but was promise it will last until last day unfortunately it won’t. Restaurant Nami (Indian, sushi whatever) after we sit down without asking galas of champagne was served very nice, we received starters they was alright unfortunately our main curry doesn’t really have nothing from Indian taste was sweet and weird. When it comes to the bill we realised we where charged for the champagne which we didn’t even asked for lol… Overall after making arrangements with management about our very bad experience we was given Bali bed as a gesture of good will hotel management was saying it cost around 200€ per day so we should be happy LOL sunbed in a room rate joke… we where also promised room service and drinks bill removed for first 3 night what at the end didn’t happened so we have to call the manager which was with other guest in the hospital such a coincidence nobody asked us if we need any medical help where was needed. After checking out and waiting for manager we have to leave because our plane was departing in 3h but we was told if we not gonna pay they gonna call the police we said we not gonna pay full bill because we had arrangements with manager but obviously nobody was informed about this and manager was away in another hotel. Overall not recommending this hotel at all, it’s not 5* resort Maximum 4* they should go to Dubai and learn customer service and how to keep facilities clean.

‪Avoid Avoid Avoid‬ As an NHS I was so looking forward to 10days away which incorporated my birthday. ‪Having visited the hotel on numerous occasions since 2016 we had expected the high service levels and attention to detail we had previously experienced, however we have been hugely disappointed.4 hotel room changes later due to noise and maintenance issues, service levels are poor. All inclusive drinks change on a frequent basis re what’s included or not (this issue is due to inconsistent not knowing)‬ ‪Room cleaning has been poor, no water left in room at all. The hotel is only 30% full!‬ When I added an original review on trip advisor staff come to find us and demanded we take his down. We had friends who came to join us who had also previously stayed in the hotel and who were shocked by this experience. ‪The buffet restaurant closed without no notice towards the end of our stay, staff I enquired as to why all gave me different accounts as to the reason why!‬ ‪Prior to this it had been open and I was appalled to find that on the cheese and meats counter serving tongs were shared!‬ ‪To top off this dreadful holiday I feel ill the night I ate in the Oasis (the first night the buffet was closed and all guests had to eat at one of the other 2 restaurants coincidentally). A visit by a Dr later, who gave me an injection and prescription for 2 different medications) I was certified as too unwell to travel and we had no choice but to stay for an extra 2 days whilst I recovered (and my husband recovered after he too feel ill) as great expense to us. We asked the hotel to take the prescription to the chemist for us (expensive taxi fare later they can back with only one of the medications). The hotel were of no use in supporting us with making arrangements in staying or rearranging flights. Once the dr had left a member of staff swiftly came to our room to cut off our ‘all inclusive wrist bands’. My husband had to be assertive in not letting the staff member come into our bedroom where I was being sick not to cut mine off and instead did it.‬ ‪After 24 hours in bed we braved the short walk to the chemist and picked up the second medication I needed. Upon our return to the hotel we were accosted by the management who asks us to sign a letter they had drafted explaining the upgrade of the room charges (after 3 unsuitable room moves) and the wiping of the 70 euro bar bill for the ‘all inclusive drinks’ and asking us not to put any negative comments on social medi‬a. We refused to sign the letter and then on the day of check out were asked to sign this again. 2 managers came to see us and as we again refused to sign this we’re asked to pay the 70 euro all inclusive bar bill. We will never be coming back and I am in consultation with the relevant professionals regarding this truly awful stay.

What an absolutely fabulous hotel, the staff were great, friendly, welcoming and warm. Angela stood out and was a real pleasure to talk to. The food and restaurants on site were splendid, so much choice, and it tasted Devine, the chefs were stars. Our favourite place’s to eat were the Pangea, so much choice, and the Oasis, the fresh fish here was perfect. Our winter sun stay here was nothing short of heavenly. Thank you.
