Stayed for a night before travelling onwards. Good value for money! Bungalow with a view of the bay, clean enough, not too noisy despite the central location, and a nice breakfast buffet (fried rice, fruit, pancakes, tea/coffee). Friendly receptionist, which we found quite uncommon in Labuan Bajo (shopped around for a hotel for an hour, most places were full/run-down)

Terrific view of the harbour and the whole bay from the top level, breathtaking sunset. It's directly in the center but up the hill in a garden and pretty quiet. Simpe old style bungalows with Mandi toilet but clean. The staff woman are nice and helpful but only if you speak some Bahasa Indonesia.

Cleanliness - 2 Staff - 1 Location - 4 Other positives - er... Other negatives - terrible breakfast, no wifi, rude, unhelpful staff who shortchanged us at the restaurant, a hike up to the rooms, view blocked by roofs of other apartments, room didn't get cleaned once in the 3 days we were there, expensive for what you get, go...

We booked the "standard room" for about 280k per night. The mattress was terrible and the room itself was very small. Bathroom very basic. I would expect to pay 150k for a room similar in other places. View was very nice and location is good. Staff was unhelpful and uninterested in what was going on. The room was about 15...

Pretty basic place with a wide variety of rooms ranging from ancient thatched bungalows in a garden to modern A/C cement rooms with great views. Would recommend it mainly as a second choice to similarly priced Green Hill or Other places on the main road. Overall it's a reliable place but nothing to write home about.

The place has a lovely view above the city and harbour. The budget room is about 160000rh which is pretty much the price for a dorm in Labuan Bajo and there you'll have a private room. For sure it's very basic but clean, you'll have a fan, mosquito net and cold shower. The breakfast is decent. You'll have to go...

Stayed here a few times before - Still pleasant, but becoming hemmed in a bit by outside bad development - Difficult struggling with bags up the hill especially when staff refused to help - Seemed to have mind elsewhere, maybe on their next job

Lovely views over the harbour. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Laundry can be done for only 10,000/kg which was the cheapest we found. No wifi but the next door restaurant has it which you can use. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

We stayed in a standard room (middle class) for two nights. It was a clean, bamboo hut for 220k. Breakfast included and they can organise a trip for a standard price as well (with a hotel pick-up). There is no wi-fi, but you can use a neighbouring restaurant's one if you buy something. Friendly staff with a good English. It's...

The place is very nice and cozy. On top of the cliff, so it offers a very good view on the harbour. The room are standard but compared to the rest of Flores is more than ok. The breakfast is well organised, but the banana pancake way to oily ... It's a pleasant place to stay, but the huge cons...
