Girlfriend and I originally booked 4 nights here, but upon arriving, we immediately decided we needed a few more days. We talked to the staff and while they couldnt extend our room 2 days, they could extend it 1 and then move us to another room with double beds. Much to our surprise on the last night, they somehow found...

It is part of his child memory so this time we visited Golo again. It has been renovated in recent year so many things have changed - better. The view is breathtaking and the staff are his friends. Definite recommend this place to people coming to Labuan Bajo!

We stayed here a night after going out to see Komodo island. The views are awesome from the rooms, pool and restaurant. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The room we stayed was very good, plenty of space to put our things and an outside patio with comfortable chairs. 3in1 coffees were also supplied along with a small...

After a couple of days on a "basic boat" it felt like 5 star luxury to arrive here. But even without the comparison its a lovely hotel. Pool area is gorgeous and our room had all the extras many hotels forget, like logically positioned power points, a reading light in bed and cushions on the outside chairs. Amazing views. Adequate...

Good value, lovely set up, staff that are not in your face but help sort out whatever you need. I have posted reviews of the 2 nearby (30-40ks) waterfalls Wulang and Rami. Have suggested that somebody create a reasonable map of the roads around town as could not find one. Still getting lost is sometimes the highlight of a journey,...

Situated on the side of a hill this hotel commands spectacular views of the bay and islands. We have just spent a very comfortable five days here, with a spacious, clean and air conditioned room. A scooter is easily rented to cut down on the walk into town and sightsee other parts of the island. Staff are very helpful and...

The view is beautiful here, the AC is nice and they make great banana pancakes. Other than that we were not very happy with our experience here. No matter what you're charging - whether it's a fancy resort or a cheap hostel - it doesn't take much to offer a friendly smile and hello to your guests, and we didn't...

Stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Flores to do a Komodo dragon day trip. The hotel is at the top of a hill which is great as away from the noise of all the boats and cockerels. It has an amazing view over the bay and stunning to have a swim with the sun going down. The staff are...

Although 15 minutes walk up a road out of Labuan Bajo, This medium budget place is really worth it. Clean tidy with everything you would need, including fridge. It has a beautiful view and a swimming pool. The restaurant has a small/nice menu at reasonable prices.

Sounds terrible, huh??? I loved the place, the staff and the management. It's a lovely guesthouse-esque place high on a hill overlooking LB and far from the Labuan Bajo which -- while a picturesque enough place and a jumping off place to everything from Komodo Island to possibly the best skin diving on the planet -- is a pretty dumpy...
