This is one of our favorite places to stay when we are in the Spokane area. It is always a warm and welcoming place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great and plentiful with many choices. The cookies are fresh and delicious in the evening, the pool and spa areas are always clean and have...

We recently stayed here for 4 nights in a king suite. The staff were helpful in getting me the best rate when I called ahead of time. Staff were also helpful and friendly with all interactions at the hotel. Sunday - Thursday soup is served and cookies are available daily after 5 p.m. The breakfast area is fairly open and...

Parking area a little tight. The staff was friendly. Our room was nice. They have a two story swimming pool area. At night they have free cookies that were quite popular. For breakfast the dining area can get a little crowded.

We have nothing bad to say about our two night stay here in September 2016. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quite. Nice big breakfast area with lots of choices. Cookies in the evening. Excellent value for our money!

The room was extremely clean and large. Good location with easy on and off the highway. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was fair, eggs were wet, and bacon was as thin as tissue paper. My wife tried a waffle and after two bits, stopped. I do think selling coffee in an automatic coffee machine is very tacky.

This hotel is nestled into a mountain overlooking Spokane Valley. The staff were friendly and gave us a tourist map to find our way around, After checking in, we drove back a couple miles to the Spokane Valley Mall to get some exercise and eat at the food court. That was handy. Our room is spacious, quiet, comfortable and down...

Very nice service on a travel stop. Great service good people. This was at the end of a protracted trip & was a welcome break. Breakfast was great as was the pool & hot tub. I would recommend this for a couple of days.

I'm hesitant to provide a review, as I hope that with all the positive reviews this hotel should receive, the next time we want to stay there----there will be no room available! The hotel was an extraordinary surprise. We thought that it might be between a 2 and a 3 rating when we reserved the room. We couldn't have been...

As a choice hotel member I've stayed in a number of their hotels and this by far has been the best. From the staff accommodating a special request, the spacious room and the best breakfast we've encountered from choice hotels, we will definitely keep this one on our list should we be in the Spokane area.

I booked this last minute. Never stayed at this chain before. It was wonderful! I didn't want to leave the bed. It was so soft and comfy. Plus free cookies and milk. And a keurig in the room! Friendly staff. Clean and quiet unless your facing the freeway, but duh.
