I booked a room for my adult son and me for two nights in September. We have relatives in Barnoldswick we were visiting every day or evening and this hotel is very close by. We had a nice room in the newer part of the hotel complex. We also got breakfast in a separate breakfast room every morning. The selection...

We stayed on a Saturday evening and although busy the staff we encountered were all friendly and very helpful. We h ad a suite which was clean and modern. Our evening Neal was freshly cooked and delicious. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was cooked fresh when ordered. All in all the stay was wonderful.

We booked for 2 nights as a base for exploring the local area by motorbike - our first w/e away on it. We especially wanted to travel the roads through Forest of Bowland AONB and Old Stone Trough was conveniently located for this. We were particularly pleased when, on arrival in the dark into the (large and illuminated) car park,...

A true country pub. Ideal location for walkers/hikers and in our case just close enough for the Yarndale wool event. The staff were polite and friendly, the room was on the smaller side but serviceable. We could hear other guests when they were in the corridors but this isn't the kind of place you'd expect rowdy groups to stay, so...

The en-suite bathroom as of a reasonable size. the room had patio doors which lead into the rear of the hotel where there was an outside bbq area and seating area. While...

Stayed for one night in one of the outbuildings room. Nice size room with adequate storage and hangers etc. Surprised they did not provide a hairdryer but you can get one from reception which I did. The bathroom is small with an OK shower over the bath and there was handwash and a shower gel supplied but no shampoo or...

We booked this as a last-minute, due to booking another hotel for the wrong date! What a piece of luck that turned out to be. Warm, clean, comfortable room which was quiet, lots of hot water to shower in in the morning, followed by a hearty breakfast. I tried dinner the previous evening which was good and good value! Would...
