We received a very warm welcome from our host, Amy, who also cooked a very fine breakfast! Our double room was stylish, very clean and comfortable. We had a large bed, made up with fine, good quality linen. The bathroom was a decent size with complimentary toiletries, instant hot water and soft fluffy towels. Besides the usual coffee and tea,...

Just returned from a five day stay at The Old Coach House. and whilst so much has already been said about this incredible Guest House, it is the attention to detail which stands out above the rest; something which seems to come easy to Amy, Jaqui, Josh and Caroline, who are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for...

As short walk through a pretty Courtyard and past a fountain to a small terrace of cottage rooms reveals a lovely little haven. The room was clean, well appointed and spacious (Moors 2). The breakfast and greeting in a light airy room were also quality. Right up there with the many B&B establishments we have stayed in.

Regrettably only stayed 1 night, on a journey to Scotland. However, after foul driving conditions and thoroughly tired - what an absolute gem Superb, large very comfortable bed, smashing en-suite and proper chairs to relax and watch TV. Breakfast was scrummy and everybody just wanted us to be happy - which we really were. we will return.

The Old Coach House is a perfect getaway, the rooms have been beautifully renovated and thoughtfully furnished to include a fridge, wine glasses and even homemade biscuits! The bed was really comfy and the bathroom was a generous size with such a powerful shower. The two hosts aw met, Amy and Jackie were amazing. They took a real interest in...

We stayed here last year on our way back from Edinburgh and enjoyed it so much we decided to use it as a base for a holiday this year. As the title says it was just as good as we remembered and was a superb place to stay. It has the friendliness and personal touches of a personal B&B with...

We chose to stay at the Old Coach House whilst attending Ripon races. This was a great choice and although a few miles outside of Ripon, we believe was the correct choice for a peaceful nights sleep in the countryside rather than the busier town. The bedroom was beautifully decorated with some lovely furnishings and little extra touches such as...

My wife and I wanted a weekend get away in a peaceful setting and found this little gem nestled away in Yorkshire close by Ripon and Harrogate. Upon arrival we quickly checked in and collected our room key and made our way to our room. Shortly after our arrival we met Amy who greeted us warmly and gave us some...

We stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a friends wedding and had a great experience. The Old Coach House is ideally located for visiting Ripon and within easy travelling distance to Harrogate. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and Amy, our host, was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!
