We decided to spend Christmas here, but ended up driving home after one night because of the accomodations. There were screaming children, our toilet did not work (and yes, the management accused us of stopping it up) the door to our room was too narrow to fit the luggage cart and the room was tiny for the price. I can...

Dear edrobbie, Thank you for your posting from last Christmas and please accept my sincere apologies for the items you mentioned. This is certainly not indicative of the high quality guest service levels for which we are normally known based on our many other positive Trip Advisor comments. Please email to me personally at jerry.bindel@aqua-aston.com if I can be of...

A well laid out set of "townhomes", linked by a web of footpaths and set into the trees in such a way that it's easy to believe that you are on your own in a forest, notwithstanding that you have only been walking for five minutes since leaving the reception area. The rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. I was...

Stayed 1 night on our way from Yosemite to Sanfrancisco. Immaculate, spacious room with a full kitchen and a gas stove. knowledgeable friendly staff. Lovely out door hot tub overlooking the lake. It took a while to put my finger on why I just can't relax and I think I've got it. The lists of rules and punitive charges for...

I absolutely love the loft room we rented for the weekend. We stayed here last year for Valentine's Day in one of the lofts and we had an equally enjoyable experience. It feels like home and it is so easy to pick up some groceries for the stay and make meals in the room to avoid spending too much on...

Stayed here thanks to recommendation from a friend. Most impressed by the spacious accommodation with large sitting room, well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. However, a minor point, but for such a roomy apartment, I was surprised by the tiny bathroom and separate toilet. It is almost as if the architect forgot to incorporate these into the original layout. Having...

The Lakeland Resort is located within half mile to Heavenly village and many other restaurants, groceries and Starbucks. The condos are clean and comfortable with upgraded kitchenette. They have beach access as well. The 2b/2b condo was good enough to accommodate 8 to 10 people. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone.

We spent only one night and enjoyed a very clean suite. The fully equipped kitchen invited to cook our own dinner after shopping in the Safeway right across the street. Location directly at the lake shore was great. The Elevators though are totally outdated and the staff at the reception was quite unfriendly. A recommendation especially with off-Season Rates.
