We stayed in unit 500; 2 bedrooms, 2 bath plus loft. The basic interior decor is somewhat dark and dated (walnut finish on the high-ceiling's wood beams, dark fireplace stone, etc.). We had a wood fireplace that we did not use (June travel); we'd personally prefer the gas fireplace which some units have. A nearly-new (microfiber?) couch and matching love... More

Every year for our family reunion we stay at Lakeland Village. We usually rent a Townhouse and it is just great. You basically get your own little house to stay at. The first floor you get your bed room(s), the second floor you have your kitchen and living room, and then you get a loft which usually has 2 beds.... More

We stayed at Aston Lakeland Village for 2 nights over Memorial Day Weekend and it was great! The condo we stayed in was nice, the kitchen had been redone in the past few years and had granite countertops. The extra loft upstairs would have been very convenient if it was more than just the 2 of us. The living room... More

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights (end of April 2013), in the cheapest room with a kitchenette. With that kind of deal (Expedia), you get a room in the hotel where the lobby is located, near the road, not in the bungalows closer to the lake, the view is not fantastic but you still get to see the... Although Tahoe was beautiful and we had a great time with the couple we brought along, this townhouse could use some updates. This place would be great if we had brought 6 other people with us and if the room had even remotely matched the updated rooms they have in the pictures. There was nothing horrible about it, per se,... More

After a disastrous journey from the UK we arrived at the resort at about 2am to find a freezing cold, outdated and not very clean 3 bedroom + loft villa without the cot (or crib in US) that was previously requested. We contacted the front desk who arrived promptly with the crib and apologised for the state of the place.... More

My daughter and I spent 2 nights at Lakeland Village during our spring break. My husband joined us for the third night. Everything was pretty much perfect. We had great weather, light traffic and our townhome was wonderful. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath unit. It was very roomy and comfortable for an extended stay. Lake Tahoe is... More

We went on a ski trip with a few couples. The rental we stayed in had 4 rooms and could comfortably fit 10 people. They even left a welcome package with goodies for us when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of us were new to skiing and the staff were great with getting us acquainted... More

Great place for family and for price. We usually try to squeeze our family in a nice hotel room for a short trip. This time I booked a 2 bedroom townhouse for a just a little more. So nice. There was room for everyone. Great beach access, great property. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets, which is always appreciated. It... More
